Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. I used this company a few months back and everything everyone is experiencing I also had. Excuses after excuses and delays after delays.
Do the right thing and read all these reviews as they are all true.. no matter what they respond with. It’s actually nice to see their star ratings dropping day after day as it’s what these con artists deserve. Karma is an absolute b****. It’s what you deserve after the way you treat customers

SCAMMERS

Still waiting on my money after 3 weeks. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Apparently the money transfer failed due to "incorrect details" even though they were correct. SHOCKING BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hi Ross,

Thank you for leaving a review, although we do ask that it reflects the facts. You mentioned that we had your device for three weeks, which is incorrect. Today is 2nd September, and your device was first processed on 24th August—just over one week ago.

During testing, we found your phone contained rooted software which could not be removed. We informed you of this and, as a result, our customer service team offered you two options: a free return or a reduced fee. You chose the reduced fee option, which you accepted on Friday 29th August in the evening. As we do not process payments over the weekend, your payment was completed the next working day.

You're payment failed as the name on your bank account was listed as 'not provided'.

You are, of course, entitled to share your opinion, but we kindly ask that reviews remain honest and accurate.

Trade In Issues

Still waiting on my money for my trade in. Received with them on the 7th October but still no money. Keep telling me 3-5days and that they have done a manual payment. Curry's Service Facebook Messenger hopeless and unhelpful. Phone number to call expensive to call - Over £89 in calls to them so far. But they couldn't care less. Glad to see so many issues with this and not just me. Never again using Carphone Warehouse. Manager don't call back. Always busy. Joke of a company.
