Ideal World Tv

Well it took ages too come and they use a company called Hermes to deliver there items. Which r cheap and nasty which alot of companies do to max the profits. And for the shareholders and keep costs down. And as soon as its left them and handed over to hermes? There responsibility has gone and thats where the customer service stops. And u find u cant talk to hermes u talk to a poxy auotbot which pisses me off but if u think about it? It's very clever theres no need for staff or staff getting abuse? Or getting depressed or stressed and being off sick. But this us happening all over now this auotbot rubbish more and more. The time for speaking to a human being is swiftly going in time. The time when the customer was always right is going so very slowly now.

What ever u do do not buy from this…

What ever u do do not buy from this company whatsoever. As I bought something from them that was advertised on Facebook. They took my money for a 799 pieces of tool kit with carry case for £27.98. they sent me an email and that's the only way if contacting them? Very clever if u think about it it stops or the hassle and compliants. And all I got was one poxy tool for £27.99 lz don't buy off this company total rip and it's impossible to talk to a human being. Email after email and nothing bfrom them I've had a email saying that might item was coming and a tracking number. What a joke

The incompetence of this rubbish…

The incompetence of this rubbish company is outstanding. Or in a better word truly pathetic and shameful company. How do they get away with it just like Amazon? U can't talk to a single person at Hermes anymore. Because they no they will get grief because they give such a crap service. So they do a automated service which is no help whatsoever really bad really. We had a parcel delivered to the wrong address? But it takes days if not weeks to sort it out with Hermes truly pathetic. The courier supposedly delivered it my friends address with a picture to confirm it. Well they didn't deliver it to the right address? As there is only one address with la Ciotat house? And the picture the driver took was not the right address. So God knows what the driver was doing because there is only one la ciotat house old Taunton road? And God knows where the delivery driver delivered r parcel. But I can't say this strongly enough STAY AWAY FROM HERMES THE INCOMPETENCE IF THUS COMPANY IS TRULY APPALLING!!!

The worst provider ever the customer is…

The worst provider ever the customer is nothing more than disgusting and appalling. They don't care about the customer they care about profit and there shareholders scum. And how they charge me as a disabled person and my autistic son in a 1 bedroom tiny flat £399 god knows but they did. And they expect new on universal to pay that the scum. And they keep blocking me so I can't go to another provider. The minute they did that 2 me is the day they lost me as a customer scum they r. I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER 4 YPUR ENERGY SUPPLIER!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Well 4 me there system is floored as…

Well 4 me there system is floored as well as there communication live chat. Very poor and very slow and it's like speaking 2 a robot. And the 4 month payment plan of which mine was nearly £300 pounds. It wouldn't put me on the plan. And theres no credit etc etc but still I couldn't get the plan. Just proves they don't care about my custom or the fact I'm spending nearly £300 pounds on new tyres with them. Shameful

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I applied ages 2 join them they set up there direct debit on my bank account. Yet there still didmt send me my router and as I thought the change over? I have 2 wait another 2 wks now and I won't have Wi fi now. Not impressed one bit.

They took money out of my bank account on Christmas day bloody cheek. And they r very hard 2 get hold of never give your bank details they go into your account without permission and take money from your account not on.

Well it the same old with big companies…

Well it the same old with big companies they say they care about customers/care. But in my case this is totally untrue and unfounded and on a few occasions. I've sent emails about certain products good and bad but I get nothing absolutely nothing from them. I might b just one customer 4 them but I should still get the best customer service and I don't. It's all about the money and share holders 4 them as I go to my local branch in Bridgwater Somerset. And I spend a lot of money well I think so anyway but I have noticed now that the items r getting alot smaller but almost stay the same price. And they say they make it cheap and good shopping at aldis absolutely a bull of crap 4 me in my opinion. I buy there bread within a week it goes off, the same with the milk, and with the orange and apple juice even though I put it in my fridge and it has a long sell by date. It goes off and all cloudy in the apple and apple juice. In my opinion they r cutting corners just to keep the customers? And don't care one bit about the quality of products the customer gets in there stores. And don't get me on the crisps it's hardly worth buying them it wouldnt satisfy a rat? Let a line a human it's borderline pathetic what the customer gets in the crisp packets now. And they almost taste that they r at the end of there sell by date hardly any crunch just a bit out of date. And the new lidls have a self tills so the customer can do it themselves and move on quickly. Aldis didn't do this in the new store in Bridgwater and they definitely missed a trick on that one. But yet again did they think of the customer I think not and then u can go in the day and the shelves r half empty. But u feel so awkward if u as a member of staff as they look so fed up and tired. It's seems to much 4 them to help u the customer. But then aldis get the staff 2 do 2 jobs 4 one wage I wouldn't expect anything different from a German company.

P2G courier service

Well at the moment the sender is useless just like P2G!!! And u must b really rubbish as ebay recommend not to use u as a courier? Because how bad u r in not delivering the goods? Or the fact u have thieves and dishonest courier drivers. And i will make sure people no not 2 trust P2G as a courier. And i will b putting my views in trust pilot. Have u got all the information u need from the useless sender??? Don't trust this courier firm and ebay red flag them 4 sellers nit to use them.
And plz tell me how in the hell has this order been completed when i don't even drive 2 collect it and u haven't delivered it. U r at fault here and i either get a brand new tablet or the money. But what i can tell u i will complain to the highest authority possible TRADING STANDARDS. And who ever i can next. And i want 2 make an official complaint NOW.
And in the mean time my autistic son goes without his tablet 4 Christmas. Because one of your couriers? Decided 2 keep and steal my son tablet that was his Christmas present. I want action done 2 the highest authority and done double quick.

This worse company and tbe customer service was not existent at times. And even though u have a 2yr warranty with the company basically its worth not the paper it's written on. As when u send a product back u have 2 pay 4 it over £13.99. Which is disgusting and appalling and i had no help whatsoever with this incompetent company. And in my opinion i would never recommend this company and STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Go Skippy

The one and only car insurance company that gave me an amazing price on my car insurance. With all the companies putting lots of extra costs i haven't any no claim bonuses. But go skippy didnt do this and this was my main reason why i went with go skippy. Paying the deposit was higher than the other companies so that was a shame they couldn't natch that.

Appalling appalling wow I don't no what rubbish technology they have but boy they need to invest alot more. The customer service was awful I was on the phone to tsb and after 45minutes they cut me off. And I've tried more than 15 times to sign up on online banking and mobile app. And it neve worked and they did absolutely nothing to help me. So I will b taking my money out and closeing my account down and take my money and custom to somewhere else. And the only way I wood stay us with a £350 overdraft limit

This is what happens when u deal with a foreign company and a person messaging u. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service and they never let u no about if u get late charges until after they have taken the money out of your account without permission. And I never had a direct debit with klarna yet they still went into my account and took more money than I had and I had a charge on £25 pounds because klarna did go into my account and took it. Without even telling me. And they say they r really good with customer I beg to differ 100% NOT. And I didn't no they had a company in England either which wood of been nice if they told me that. I will never recommend or tryst this company ever again. More information will follow with this appalling company

They r total lairers and don't give u great customer service is a lie. All this company wants u to do is spend money and 4 them to make money. The lack of customer service support from ideal world has been appalling and disgusting. And one of my pet hate with ldeal world is they say they will get back to u within 24/48hrs.which in my opinion totally unacceptable. And they dont get back to u in time is a lie as they send u the same email timevafter time. And on occasion dealing with ideal world I've rang ideal world and they do not speak good English at all. As when they speak to u u can hardly understand what they r saying to u. And when they don't like what u r saying the end the call as they don't want to listen what u r saying. And another thing with ideal world use Hermes courier services. And the reason why ideal world use them because one and one reason only they r cheap and nasty and very poor delivery the goods. They have mucked my orders up and I've spent alot of money on their show. Yet they don't care one bit and I mean that there communication needs a lot lot lot of work and the customer service.
I've been waiting 4 2 orders one u sent but only the microcloths and no 2X 5 litres of waterless wax Williams and my watch. Its appalling and disgusting and your customer service is a laugh beyond a joke. U take my money but not items. And u send me my 40 microcloths that I ordered the 2X 5 litres Williams waterless wax. Now explain that stupidity to me. Yet u stupid people at ideal world TV send me the one I cancelled which wax 20 microcloths and 5X litres of waterless wax Williams. Yes the one I ordered was 40 microcloths and 2X 5 litres of waterless wax. But instead of sending it all together I sent me just the 40 microcloths why?? Which stupid one thought of that one. Yet I'm still waiting after 7 days 4 my watch and 2X 5litres of waterless wax willams

The useless company pill time

Do not do not get your meds from this useless company to get your meds from. I ordered my over 10vdsys ago and I still haven't had my meds. And all they do is give me excuses after excuses and its caused me so much anxiety stress depression and anger. I will never use this company again they r a disgrace how they have treated me and the mental anxiety and ill health caused by this company with ther incompetence. Do not get meds from this company plz u will not b satisfied whatsoever.

Smarty/3/Three sim card deals

One of the worse company I've ever had to deal with. The customer service is appalling and disgusting on the length it takes them to get back to you. And then they repeat themselves and it takes them ages to get hold of u. And there's no empathy or customer care on the point of being rude. I bought a sim card from them on the 3rd of April and I got it on the 16th of April. What a load of rubbish and I will never recommend thus company ever and they never once offerd me anything in compansion. I can't stand smarty! They didn't at any point offer me compensation or another sim card. If I was 2 get a sum card DEAL " DO NOT GO AND GET ONE FROM SMARTY EVER" they only bight light and it was a very very tiny light and that was liz. But that was it. Simply awful company and not to b trusted. If I was u stay stay away from Three/3/smarty!!!! I will never indorse this company because they were disgusting and not once did they offer me any compensation!!!!
