The worst provider ever the customer is nothing more than disgusting and appalling. They don't care about the customer they care about profit and there shareholders scum. And how they charge me as a disabled person and my autistic son in a 1 bedroom tiny flat £399 god knows but they did. And they expect new on universal to pay that the scum. And they keep blocking me so I can't go to another provider. The minute they did that 2 me is the day they lost me as a customer scum they r.
