Diabolical hidden behind AI

After complaints from my customer they had not received item I queried with company and after lengthy ,vague responses it transpired that the delivery van had been broken into and contents dissapeard.
Although item was sent via Yodel direct we were refered to P2G.As we didn't have a P2G reference number we have reached a unhelpful response.Customer is out of pocket £30 .I am out of pocket for the posting fee !

Nothing changes: same old awful service!

I run a small online business, and I used to ship through P2G then switched to Royal Mail, because P2G's service was absolutely dire (lost parcels, contents smashed, parcels being picked up days late, endless emails trying to sort things out...). In light of Royal Mail's strike, I decided to send a few parcels (but only those with smash-proof contents) through P2G. It's been almost a year now since I used them and, my God, nothing's changed!
I dropped a parcel off (Ref: P2G110530086) in one of their lockers two days ago, simply to avoid the effects of Royal Mail's two day strike. I had other, more delicate, parcels to deliver too, but held back on these, preferring to wait and send them via Royal Mail instead. However, whilst Royal Mail have just resumed their service and picked these parcels up this morning, those which I sent through P2G are still in their locker!!! It speaks volumes when a courier which is experiencing industrial action still manages to provide a much better service than P2G! You couldn't make this up.

Please do not use this company

Please, please do not use this company. Abysmal service. Booked for a package to be shipped, via Fedex, and Parcel2go didn't arrange collection. Had even paid extra for guaranteed delivery date. Item sat in local pick-up store for 1 week (until the guaranteed delivery date) despite contacting them 3 times to chase the collection. Massive amount of stress and hassle for nothing.

Another item totally gone missing

Another item totally gone missing. It seems they regularly lose things. You can’t really trust this company. I left the item at a Evri shop and kept on tracking and rang customer today who hasn’t received the item. I gave them a try again after they got in touch with me but a disastrous result. Last time they opened my parcel and stole my items and resealed the box and delivered. I know the shopkeeper at SNH newsagent and they are honest. This happened while in custody of p2g and Evri

Hi great week for a micro business

Hi great week for a micro business, lost a package of 6 table tops for a lady opening or refurbishing restaurant had to make again (loss) damage to a plate rack paid insurance well damaged, told me because it was made of wood not covered after I tried to make a claim, but offered me compensation on table tops, (wood) strange, still they let me pay insurance, what's the point, I will have to put prices up to get a good delivery company, sorry customers but I will let you all know why, better not to deal with 3rd party pay a little extra, because I am nearly out of business, if I can afford will take to small claims, no matter what the small print says there is a thing called natural justice, look that up P2G

wot rubbish

wot rubbish, 1 day late through what was Hermes, the tracking is the poorest I have ever seen, given a time slot a day later failed that !, looking at camera impossible it was delivered, says so on their very poor functioning app !,.Suggest any organisation using this company think again , in these times you cannot afford failures. Just ask the supplier for full refund, let them do the bun fight or deal with my card provider.

I have sent over 30 emails and had 1 reply.
Do not trust- just read all of the other reviews saying the same.

Crime Reference Number and Trading…

Crime Reference Number and Trading Standards for this Company?

Does anyone have a crime reference number to further support what a lot of us have experienced?

Someone mentioned “Police and action fraud have been notified.”

There are now 2 separate threads of reviews for this same company:
1. P2G
2. This “P2G.com”

Thanks

I have reported P2G to Action Fraud

The postcode for their address does not exist so the post office holds on to you parcel until it is collected so there is no actual trace on where or who the items go to. There is no payment, no more correspondence, they don't answer the phone, they have simply stolen my old mobile. I have reported them to Action Fraud who believe that i have been a victim of fraud and have issued me with a crime number is NFRC220104974627. The police are now investigating.

NOT for Me

Sent 2 parcels with P2G ,which is a comparison site which books with your chosen courier . The first with Hermes which arrived in the stated delivery window which I was happy with . The second however was with Yodel Direct ( due to size ) which was not delivered as informed . It's only then that you realise there is no customer service . You cannot contact either Yodel Direct or P2G either by phone or email and the online chat is virtual . I raised an online query with P2G with my tracking No and that's it .
I was lucky the next day the parcel was found in an out building of a different property and they delivered it . They were in and no card was left . The problem then is how do you inform Yodel or P2G as they are uncontactable ?
12 days latter I received an email from P2G stating that the parcel had been found with a link to Yodel which stated that it was found in the front porch ???? which is rubish and P2G had closed the query . I assume if it hadn't turned up P2G would not have paid out on the £30 insurance which I paid for .
My advice is use P2G for comparrison only and then book with your chosen couier AFTER reading their Trustpilot reviews even if it means paying more .

Honestly a really good experience

So after reading the reviews I was so nervous finding out the product I'd brought was being delt with through p2g, my anxiety was through the roof, for about 4 days there was no update on the tracking, however i soon found out after speaking with the helpful CS team this was only because the seller had passed my details over with the company but not yet scanned my parcel through with the courier company, but once my parcel was scanned it took 24 hours to update and then it was a 36 hour turn around for the delivery, both the seller and the live chat customer service team for p2g were really helpful when I voiced my concerns, my delivery came in mint condition.
Just remember, people are quick to leave a bad review when something isn't right but rarely leave a good review when it follows through, so don't stress too much about these reviews.

Disappointment of the highest order

My parcel was sent on November 27 and delivery was to be on December 1. As I type this it hasn’t been delivered. Each time I track, it’s on the same spot for a month now and I’m more than disappointed because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. The parcel was sent via Hermes. How insensitive and irresponsible can a company be? This company has no business existing and no one should use them because they’re by far the worse. Using them will only leave you disappointed, sad, angry and full of regrets. My parcel details is p2G97196781 and was to be delivered at the following address PO49BG.

TRYING IT ON WITH ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES!

Sent a parcel using HERMES via P2G. Parcel delivered bang on time by Hermes. Received delivery confirmation including a photo. Job done or so I thought. This evening P2G emailed me saying I owed a surcharge as they claim the parcel was 200 grams over the declared weight!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH & I've told them so & am waiting a response. This seems to me to be P2G trying it on, as at no point have Hermes mentioned this to me (including my delivery confirmation email). Surely they would if I owed them, (the courier) money? It stinks!
