This is what happens when u deal with a foreign company and a person messaging u. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service and they never let u no about if u get late charges until after they have taken the money out of your account without permission. And I never had a direct debit with klarna yet they still went into my account and took more money than I had and I had a charge on £25 pounds because klarna did go into my account and took it. Without even telling me. And they say they r really good with customer I beg to differ 100% NOT. And I didn't no they had a company in England either which wood of been nice if they told me that. I will never recommend or tryst this company ever again. More information will follow with this appalling company
