Green Eco Energy 

Rang telling me that all my neighbours had taken up the 'survey' and my address was still outstanding. They kept asking how old I was and in the end I told them I was 15 and a half and would have to ask my parents - at which point the very persistent young man beat a hasty retreat!

They have called me 4 times in 2 days. I have asked them each time to not call. Yet they continue to do so.

They called me claim to be the Eco Guideline Centre, warning me of the dangers of condensation in my loft insulation and offering a "free" consultation. Would not give a company address or website or surname. Clearly scammers

I was called by Chris of Green ECO Centre this afternoon. As with many other reviews, I was offered a free check on my loft insulation for possible condensation. I asked for his surname and he rang off. I believe this to be a scam. I cannot find a company specifically named "Green ECO Centre" listed in companies house.
On looking through many other review, all the good to excellent reviews were about work done by a Green ECO Energy company. There are a number of companies listed that include the words Green, ECO and Energy in their registered names. I would suggest that TrustPilot scan each review for the phrase "Green ECO Centre" and move all such reviews into their own stream, leaving good reports about green energy companies in this one.

Call from multiple Bournemouth numbers. Called my elderly parenta in law in there 80s repeatedly (I also received 2 calls a day for weeks despite being TPS registered) They said their loft had been done recently so didn't need assistance. They then started to recieve multiple calls saying the work they'd had done on the loft was due an annual inspection to see if it was still OK. Parents stupidly said yes. "Lewis" turned up. No mask. No ladder to access loft. He asked their ages and if they had a power of attorney. Luckily alarm bell went off and they were sent packing. BEWARE!!!!!!

Called my land-line. At first I thought this was a real person but it is in fact a very clever recording that answers most questions you ask. If you ask the same question over and over you get the same answer in the same tone. They are targeting old people as they asked if I was between a certain age. I just hung up in the end as its not a real person

Scam callers saying there is a problem with houses in your postcode and advises Grant's availible for older people. We are TPS registered so I reported them. Obviously target older people. Not nice.

terrible persistent scam over multiple days with slightly different telephone numbers. Please also report them to the ICO

SCAM, telephone number rolling by one as i block the number every time they call..up-to 01202-143272 then 01202143273....etc

They have called twice today on the numbers shown..Just morons who need to be stopped.
I let loose the first time putting the phone down. When he called again later that day i stated he is a thick moron and if he didn't understand what F** Off you C*** meant? then he put the phone down....

A very convincing pre-recorded scam trying to get you to spend money on loft insulation, mould removal and other insulation items by trying to scare you into thinking your current loft insulation is not fit for purpose. How they got my landline number when I'm on the TPS I don't know!

Believe it or not, its a computer led conversation with many many pre-recorded answers to questions you would typically ask. If you ask which company they are from and keep repeating the question, you'll see the same answer being given (Green Eco Center) over and over again in the same tone of voice. Quite sophisticated. It had my Wife fooled!

Rang me everyday this week from different numbers. When I asked them a specific question they refused to answer it and they hung up. Is it not illegal for a UK company to do this

Make unsolicited calls and pretend to be someone official regarding your insulation. As I am registered with TPS this is a company who don’t care about that. Avoid.

I too had a call from Chris at the Green Eco Centre today. He was sticking firmly to script, because when I asked him to repeat the company name, he went back to "I'm Chris from " etc. Went through all the details - has clearly learnt from previous calls, so only asked me age bracket, no dob. Went through everything, wanted to pass me on to a local rep who would call to do the loft survey, but didn't like it when I asked for his number so I could call back after discussing with my husband! Refused to give. However, a number had come up on the phone when he called (not south-west London as he said, but a Bournemouth area number!) so I rang it back and got a recorded message - Digital Marketing Company contacted me today for marketing purposes, press 1 to opt out!

Irritating silly little boys that clearly can't get a proper job. Had about 5 calls from them, Alex the last couple of times really annoying time waster guess you have to feel sorry for people like them. I wonder what they are about and can't believe in this day and age after all the reviews on here that something isn't done about this sort of thing.

I had a call from "Chris" at the Green Eco Centre.
He asked lots of questions including my age.
I then asked his tel. no. and surname for my husband to ring him back. He rang off. Definite scam.

SCAMMER avoid. Just ask them where they got your details from and they will instantly hang up. Trading standards should be all over these losers

Like most of the reviews with regards to this company. The company is a fraud. I also think that with the evidence written on this site, TrustedPilot should assist us in closing this company down. Loft installation - they are discriminating elderly people and stealing their hard earned savings. Please lets sort this company out.

Same call as everyone else has mentioned, Two different Bournemouth telephone numbers. It’s a complete SCAM - told Chris to remove my number and he hung up the line.

This is a terrible company and I wouldn't get involved with them. Communication is terrible and every time you try to call you get some young kid on a mobile who cannot help or advise. We have been waiting since the spring for an update on when our storage heaters would be replaced. And for the 10th time I've been told there is a huge backlog and they have no idea. And only now have told me try another company. Feeling very deflated and disappointed.

I have had three calls from Alex today. I have reported them to the ICO. I hope all your other reviewers are doing the same and not just moaning on here.
