Really great wine club!

Really great Wine club, managed by Jonny who is very personable and responds to your daft o' clock WhatsApp messages! All the sales are transacted via a couple of WhatsApp numbers, one for initial registration and then another that is regularly used to introduce you to the various wines on offer. Once you have selected 6 bottles, these are shipped to you, delivery is around £7. The wines are quality, I am hooked! Only hiccup (hence the 4* review) has been that they kept trying to process my subscription on a cancelled card so the bank started getting twitchy, for which Jonny was very apologetic but i had to flag a few times. I have also identified that some of the wines can be purchased elsewhere at similar price, however good customer service trumps pricing for me and Jonny has it in spades. Thank you Winedrops!

One of the best customer experiences…

One of the best customer experiences ever, bag ordered, had an issue with the discount code so had to pay the advertised price, emailed to advise the code wasn't working and Mike sorted a partial credit immediately. The bag which is lovely, arrived the following day with Evri. Will definitely order again.

Buyer beware!

Ordered a ring in my usual size, when the ring arrived wouldn't even go past my knuckle, sizing clearly way off, they initially said would refund, when they got the ring back, I get an email saying the ring is being sent off to experts to "assess" what could be done about sizing! I called earlier today and spoke to a nonchalant lady who said she couldn't help and barely took my number down properly. Had to call back and a lady called Sam apologised for the automated email to say my ring had been sent for resizing assessment and would sort refund request. Customer service and ring sizes need some work.

I am ever so sorry that the ring did not fit. When a ring is returned to us to be resized, it does need to be assessed, to determined if it can be resized, how it can be and if not, how long it would take for a new one to be made.

I can see that a full refund has since been processed but if you do need anything else in the future, please do contact us and we would be happy to help.

Great online shopping experience but…

Initial review:
Great online shopping experience but the ring is 2 sizes too small, when i ordered it said my size wasn't in then it despatched within two days, sent totally the wrong size, really disappointing as I ordered for my birthday. Have just organised a return so hope it goes smoothly.

Had a great experience with Hammonds

Had a great experience with Hammonds, Graham the salesperson was not at all hard sell and left me to decide what we wanted to, excellent specificity from Rob the surveyor followed by efficient fitters, the dynamic duo Paul and Brett. The communication before and during fitting was great, they worked quickly and without any fuss, really helpful and sorted any issues quickly. The units look fabulous and sleek. Only criticism was the scheduling team omitted to tell us there would be a week delay on fitting so we turned our bedroom upside down in anticipation of new wardrobes that didn't arrive for another week. All in all really good experience. Thank you Hammonds!

Otrium where are my goods??!

Order #11510390 - ordered February 19th, order acknowledged but nothing shipped and no updates? Very poor service on this occasion, have used before with no issues so very disappointing 😞
Updated 1st March - received email to say the order didn't register with the warehouse and basically went into a black hole! Thank you Otrium for responding so quickly and star rating updated to reflect the speedy response but still a little disappointed you just cancelled my order and processed a refund without giving me the option to see whether I wanted to order anything else🤔

Shoes worn already - will I get a refund?? (HOF40000068509320)

Update 5.11.21 amended 1* rating to 3* on the basis that HoF customer services team reached out to find a resolution. Thank you Matthew and Daniel for the additional goodwill gestures. Still very nervous about ordering online in future because of this experience, especially for pricey items in particular, John Lewis and Selfridges might be a safer option.
28.11.21 Received party shoes today in a broken box and the shoes have clearly been worn, dreading sending them back and wondering whether I will even get my money back, having seen these horrendous reviews. Not the HOF quality I have experienced over the years, it's now department store prices with bargain basement service. Absolutely shocking!

Have had both composite doors and 8 windows fitted by Walkers over the last couple of years and they have done a great job, the last job they did was to fit a new bay window, large bathroom window and bedroom window (order ref.16399), the two fitters were outstanding, courteous, friendly, professional and went above and beyond, thank you Cameron and James! Jim always calls afterwards to ensure we are happy with the job and where there have been any issues they come back to review and rectify where there might be anything that needs attention. They do make us feel like loyal customers, just our patio door left to replace now so will be in touch when we are ready! Thank you again Walkers Windows!

Footstool - Order Number: 2931806/1 - 14 weeks wait for a poor quality footstool

Ordered a footstool in May for £200, delivery estimated 12 weeks which was pushed on another 2 weeks due to issues with international supply chain apparently, to be fair communication was quite good as I expressed concern about the Watchdog report so they obviously responded to that. On day of delivery, driver turned up totally unprepared, no mask, I had to offer him a pair of scissors to open up the item then on opening he dumped the item at the door, none of the pre-delivery blah around Sofology's adherence to COVID safety and installing the item in the room it would be used in applied. The footstool colour and material are beautiful but the design is a poor finish with the lid way too heavy for the mechanics so it isn't flush square all the way round so looks odd as the lid is wider than the footstool where the opening mechanism has forced it. Won't be purchasing from Sofology again.

Fantastic app

Fantastic app! Upgraded successfully on LNER and Transpennine Express which made for a comfortable weekend trip from Yorkshire to London. Very easy to use but make sure you check how many seat's you have one before you travel, I overheard a gentleman who had thought his upgrade covered two tickets as he selected two but only won one. All in all a great app. Thank you Seatfrog!

Only received half of my order

Ordered two tables and only received one, no tracking available and no idea if and when the second table is arriving, 3 phone calls later they have decided after their investigation that they delivered both parcels, only God knows who got the second table. Total rip off, will never order again. One star is too generous.

Customer services and systems need updating

Placed an order and no confirmation, thankfully paid via PayPal so can raise a dispute if necessary, I sent an email to customer service email address and received an automated unprofessional looking email from someone called Yael saying they are inundated with Mothers Day orders, erm..that was 10th May? Not impressed.
Update 24th May - 4 emails later I have received an invoice, thank you for your help Brandfield team working over the weekend but I don't understand why the system allow me to place an order without an email and you would have received a PayPal notification with payment details and an email address?? Thanks for your help anyway, much appreciated
Update 31st May - still no product and DHL tracking states it has been in their warehouse for 5 days no movement, I have now escalated with a view to a refund. Extremely disappointing as this is meant to be a birthday gift for my son.
Update 2nd June - item delivered with DHL, breathed a sigh of relief, I don't think I will put myself through that again!
