Dumped parcel

Evri courier took a picture of the Photobox photo book, image shows box on the ground, opened but not delivered to our address even though it has been logged as delivered. Breach of personal data and images, so appalling.

Will never order again, photo book never delivered

Update - called Photobox today who told me they can't do anything until tomorrow after which they can re-issue, hmm why would I want my photos resent to be dumped in a random street again? Photobox is 0 stars for me.

Will never order again, rushed to order as threatening to delete photos, Evri courier took a picture of the photo book on the ground, open but not delivered to our address. Breach of personal data and images, so appalling.

Product ok but please don't subscribe

Had been using Flourish a few months - PLEASE NOTE I WAS USING FOR MONTHS **BEFORE** SUBSCRIBING so opted to try subscription but other than my hair feeling softer no marked improvement, this subscription is not cancellable until you have bought x3 bottles which is £87.60, not a small amount of money for a product that doesn't work! I have had to block with my bank but Nylah is relentlessly trying every single day to take money and I can't cancel, never had this scenario before, so my advice to customers would be use the product if it works for you but avoid subscription at all costs.

Quick delivery of Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra 5G, love the phone! Still getting used to it but as avid Galaxy user it won't take me long! Much improved battery life, clear screen, bigger memory and takes great pictures!

Quality products, lip colour and brow brush are fabulous but the brow definition cream wasn't as thick as I had hoped, but other than that no issues. Delivery time good, will definitely order again!

Something has changed in the ingredients

Bought 5 Valentte candles as I used to buy them regularly and they were lovely but this time the smell of the Lavender candle is stronger and burning my nose and throat. Really disappointed as I spent quite a bit of money but the smell is unpleasant. Not sure if more chemicals have been added but I won't be burning them again. Very disappointed to have to complain as i have used them for 4 years on and off but thank you to the Support team for reaching out and offering a diffuser as an alternative.

Next day delivery non-existent and poor communication

Initially contacted the Ireland team who took time to respond quickly to my email as to why my Next Day Delivery order is no show. No tracking or indication received of when the items would be delivered by their UK team until i sent emails, poor business model. I paid extra for next day delivery as needed in time for an event. Thank you however to Audrey from UK team who did respond with apology for the delay, postage refunded and tracking number issued.
Parcel delivered by RM today, 3 days after ordering and emails back and forth to the Ireland support team of same name but different legal entity. All a bit confusing and not the best customer experience albeit gift wrapping is beautiful.

Good shopping experience but poor delivery execution…

The stars are for the shopping experience but Evri kept saying they will deliver but didn't, this is Day 2 since the parcel was supposedly "out for delivery", time came and went again, delivery finally arrived 3 hours after rescheduled time. Beautiful shoes, thankfully I don't need to return.

First of all payment screen went round on a loop, when I finally get to order, they message me to say the t-shirt is discontinued and offered another option. I asked for a refund followed by radio silence. I don't recommend, spend your money elsewhere, really disappointed.

Credit searched, offered then declined!

Went through whole application and hard search for Flex Direct account (ref. 23146-IYOQLF) and provided everything from photo ID to passport details. Account opened, sort code and account provided and digital banking information posted out to then be emailed by the Crime team 3 days later to say they are closing my account. This whole experience has left me shaken as no crime has been committed and I have never had this before and by the way my credit score is Excellent and no fraud markers on my account. It has really put me off applying for another account. At the very least have the common decency to explain your decision which could very well be based on incorrect information.

I will say what I said last time, Lookfantastic was very helpful when my delivery didn’t arrive, were prompt to resolve and reissued my order upgrading to next day delivery. Will definitely order again.

Exceptional customer care

3.12.22 Updated stars due to excellent communication and swift response to feedback, thanking Julie for resolving so quickly.
22.11.22 Ordering and delivery no issues at all, but this mattress is half the depth of a Standard mattress, and you can feel the springs underneath you definitely only get what you pay for, fit only for a small child to sleep on. Currently ordering a 4 inch mattress topper elsewhere to accommodate the significant loss of depth. Three stars given as chat function, order and delivery communication was very good.
