Lottie London truly is the worst
This has truly been such a nightmare of an experience! I ordered a $38 mystery vault box on Dec 1, 2024. (I am so, so tired of typing that line right there..) Finally on Dec 13, I get a reply from customer service apologizing for the delays and saying I would receive my order before Christmas.
Christmas came and went. Not only had I not received my package by then, but the tracking information on Shop App still showed “Order placed”. My order status was never updated and my product was never shipped to me! I continually reached out to this company via email and socials and their website, and after replying to two of my emails, they stopped replying to me altogether. A few weeks later I went to the website and noticed it has been taken down! But their IG is still up (probably because you don’t have to pay for that like you would a website). I know I have to contact my bank for a refund, but that is such a pain! This whole ordeal has been a huge nightmare! One thing after another, and I never got my order.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed and paid for an order in November and now it is late January and I still have not received my order. When I check the site it says “unfilled.” I have contacted Lottie every week since not receiving my order. No one ever contacts me back. I cannot seem to get any information or a refund for my order. Customer service isn't poor, it's non-existent.
I ordered a product as a Christmas gift for my fiancée, which unfortunately got stuck in the black hole of Evri's delivery window, which is always a possibility of happening and not something you can hold the original seller responsible for.
What you can hold them responsible for, however, is literally non-existent customer support, with zero communication after multiple attempts to contact them over the span of two months. Webform asking about ordering a second item while I waited for the first? Ignored. Direct email to their customer service address a month later requesting a refund? Nothing. Notice that a chargeback will be filed if there is not a response to my previous messages? Radio silence.
I'm happy to say my chargeback request has just been granted by my bank after LL did not even respond to them. I would encourage the multitude of other disgruntled customers posting here about missing products or diabolical service to go straight down that route rather than waste further time trying to get blood out of the proverbial stone, citing the feedback on sites like trustpilot as an indicator of how this company handles the money of paying customers.
Charged my card but never sent the order. Will not respond to emails.
I placed an order in November for outer banks perfume. My card was charged immediately and I got an email confirming my order. A couple weeks later I got another email saying there was a delay because of a “black Friday rush” according to the shop app, my order is stuck in NJ, but there’s a USPS tracking number that says the order was delivered January 6. USPS confirmed this tracking order is not mine and this is likely fraudulent.
No product and Zero communication
Ordered on preorder 2 x Super Fake Mascaras. Order went through fine and I expected to wait maybe a month tops?
Now 20th Jan, no updates, no mascara, no contact.
Attempted to contact Lottie London via Customer service email, via social media and via their contact form on there website several times and ZERO responce from any bar an automated message asking me to email Customer Service or we will be in touch in 48 hours and they're not.
I'm a repeat customer as this mascara is amazing but I won't be returning again. What an absolute FAIL these guys are. Sure way to destroy a new brand is by having shocking customer service!
Customer Service Manager needs sacking along with Order fulfilment and Communications Manager for a hattrick!

Have used Lottir many times, but something has gone wrong this time. I made an order on 26/11 and have received nothing. I emailed several times and eventually received a reply saying the items would be back in stock 27/12 so would I like to wait or get a refund, as this was only a few days to wait and I had already waited weeks, I decided to wait a little longer - big mistake! I have sent over 10 emails and messages on their site and absolutely nothing, no reply, no update, nothing. This is disgusting service and something needs to be done about this company, how can they get away with this. Will be contacting trading standards

I ordered product on 12/3/24 and it never shipped. My credit card has been charged but I haven't received my items. I've emailed customer service 3 times without a response. This company is a scam...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Frustrating
Placed order at the beginning of December, ‘view order status’ link directs to a page that just says ‘forbidden’, items never received, no refund given, no response to emails or online messages.
