Customer services and systems need updating
Placed an order and no confirmation, thankfully paid via PayPal so can raise a dispute if necessary, I sent an email to customer service email address and received an automated unprofessional looking email from someone called Yael saying they are inundated with Mothers Day orders, erm..that was 10th May? Not impressed.
Update 24th May - 4 emails later I have received an invoice, thank you for your help Brandfield team working over the weekend but I don't understand why the system allow me to place an order without an email and you would have received a PayPal notification with payment details and an email address?? Thanks for your help anyway, much appreciated
Update 31st May - still no product and DHL tracking states it has been in their warehouse for 5 days no movement, I have now escalated with a view to a refund. Extremely disappointing as this is meant to be a birthday gift for my son.
Update 2nd June - item delivered with DHL, breathed a sigh of relief, I don't think I will put myself through that again!
