Buyer beware!
Ordered a ring in my usual size, when the ring arrived wouldn't even go past my knuckle, sizing clearly way off, they initially said would refund, when they got the ring back, I get an email saying the ring is being sent off to experts to "assess" what could be done about sizing! I called earlier today and spoke to a nonchalant lady who said she couldn't help and barely took my number down properly. Had to call back and a lady called Sam apologised for the automated email to say my ring had been sent for resizing assessment and would sort refund request. Customer service and ring sizes need some work.
