Fantastic app! Upgraded successfully on LNER and Transpennine Express which made for a comfortable weekend trip from Yorkshire to London. Very easy to use but make sure you check how many seat's you have one before you travel, I overheard a gentleman who had thought his upgrade covered two tickets as he selected two but only won one.
