No customer service at all

No customer service at all. You send an email to the one they supply and they totally ignore it. Ordered a gift for next day delivery which didn’t arrive. Waited for the post the next day and when it didn’t arrive I messaged to see if they could track it. I have since sent an email every day since and had no response at all. Absolutely disgusting that they ignore customers who have given them money.

Non delivery of item

I ordered 2 items on the 13th March said they would be delivered between 17th & 19th March 1 item was delivered on the 19th no issue the other item never delivered we are now 26th march have sent 4 emails heard nothing back if its a issue with delivery times just say so don't have the person hanging on hoping its going to get delivered very disappointed is an understatement i have ordered from a lot of companies this is the only one that has never replied to an email so now i have to go through my credit card company to get my money back so i know to not order from them again.So eventually the package arrived but still heard nothing from company so even though the gifts arrived and were as advertised the lack of customer care is the big problem 🤨

Delayed delivery and uncommunicative

On 18 October 2024 I placed an order for some candles based For delivery by a specific date. The date was important and I would’ve used a different company. Had I known a delay was likely. The delivery was delayed; it is very very difficult to contact this company. There is for example, no phone number. Based on other reviews, I would take their promises as to Delivery time with a pinch of salt.

Nothing went wrong I have oarkinsons and pressed the wrong button. The item ordered was very good value for money ey brilliant service.and quick delivery .should be 5 Starr review.

Order Late & Poor Customer Experience

The order arrived late, no tracking or dispatch information. Customer service has been non-existent with no replies to emails. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from Foyyougifts.

Next day delivery non-existent and poor communication

Initially contacted the Ireland team who took time to respond quickly to my email as to why my Next Day Delivery order is no show. No tracking or indication received of when the items would be delivered by their UK team until i sent emails, poor business model. I paid extra for next day delivery as needed in time for an event. Thank you however to Audrey from UK team who did respond with apology for the delay, postage refunded and tracking number issued.
Parcel delivered by RM today, 3 days after ordering and emails back and forth to the Ireland support team of same name but different legal entity. All a bit confusing and not the best customer experience albeit gift wrapping is beautiful.

We ordered a calendar specifically…

We ordered a calendar specifically requesting it start from January 2025 as not much use starting 2024 anymore. Order came late and then of course its 2024. It was a gift for someone going through a hard time and I couldnt even give it to them. I have emailed already 3 times but had NO response at all. Note, this company has 2 websites with one based in Ireland: foryou.ie, the strange thing is they'll respond from the website based in ireland but won't deal with the issue, they'll direct you to the website .co.uk, which don't respond. If you do see this please respond...
ETA: We were given a full refund after the company made contact for the first time! So now feel a bit better knowing there is someone out there...

Ordered a gift for my son's teacher as he leaving and the delivery timeframe has passed.I have sent several emails no response so far .Everytime i check my account is still processing and it is now too late as the teacher is leaving today..So disappointing.Will not recommend this company

Unhappy with general customer service

Unhappy with general customer service. I ordered a necklace and I still haven't had confirmation if it was delivered or an email to confirm the order itself, as this was a gift going direct to someone else. After sending several emails, I still haven't had a response.

Cheap and tacky

Cheap and tacky, I would feel ashamed to give someone a gift like this…I ordered compass with engraved message, and except for being worthless it is also scratched right in the centre…of course no response to my email

Item not received, emails not replied to. Very disappointing service.

Order placed 4th August with delivery due by 10th August. Item did not arrive. I emailed and was told another could be sent but it would not arrive in time for event. I asked for a refund instead - have emailed 15th and 23rd August and gave received no reply and no refund and the item hasn’t arrived either. Extremely poor and unacceptable customer service. I would definitely not recommend using this company ever.

Item was eventually refunded after several emails on 29th August. No explanation as to where my item was or why it never arrived.

You might be mixing us up with an other company, you purchased your order by credit card using our Stripe payment option at the checkout, your refund was processed as requested and will have been reimbursed to your card used for payment. :) Niamh.

Ordered for a couple mug customized with our couple pictures. They delivered it next day, well packed & much safely. My wife loved it highly, impressive service, recommended.
