1 star is too good. Ordered Two Way Cake TW14 early January on 21st January informed them wrong items sent, after many, many, many, many emails they then went on to send me the totally wrong colour of the Two Way Cake, then after numerous, numerous emails again together with me resulting in being extremely rude, they finally reimbursed me today 5.4.25. Customer service rubbish, accounts dept rubbish, company rubbish, breached Data Protection Information by sending me name and address of another customer with similar name. I have never ever dealt with a company with such inept, incompetent, amateurs.

Very good powder with foundation, I ve been using it for it's a long time now. It make my face look so bend and very beautiful

I love Black-Up foundation. The coverage is great! Delivery and service has been top notch too. Only feedback I have is they can run out of stock on the items I would have liked to have ordered.

Quality products, lip colour and brow brush are fabulous but the brow definition cream wasn't as thick as I had hoped, but other than that no issues. Delivery time good, will definitely order again!

Emails are not promptly reply. The 2way cake TW14 I bought for myself is nothing to write home about. I have sent mail for exchange before I realised that the powder stains a lot. It's unbelievable that a powder of that amount could be this bad.

Please 🙏, I want my money back. I don't need exchange. The first one I bought is for my customer in Nigeria. She specifically ask for it. So, will take it to her like that. But as for my own TW 14, I don't need it. The colour is super dark compare to how it looks on website.
