Credit searched, offered then declined!
Went through whole application and hard search for Flex Direct account (ref. 23146-IYOQLF) and provided everything from photo ID to passport details. Account opened, sort code and account provided and digital banking information posted out to then be emailed by the Crime team 3 days later to say they are closing my account. This whole experience has left me shaken as no crime has been committed and I have never had this before and by the way my credit score is Excellent and no fraud markers on my account. It has really put me off applying for another account. At the very least have the common decency to explain your decision which could very well be based on incorrect information.
