Feel very let down by H&W
Feel very let down by H&W. I have followed this company for years after coming across their stall at a show at Olympia. Earl Grey has been my favourite scent for years and I've probably had everything from diffusers, hand wash/cream to the small room spray. I received my latest order of 3 x hand-wash recently but didn't open it straightaway. On opening the colour it looks like H&W clementine fizz. The scent is Earl Grey but not the colour which has always worked well with my bathroom colours. The response to my email stated that they have not changed the EG recipe but there can be differences between batches. I don't usually post negative reviews but I'm so disappointed not to have received a further response after sending a comparison photo.

Having used diffusers for quite a while…
Having used diffusers for quite a while one of them spilt and the liquid scent damaged a wooden table top and a phone case. I have written and called but nothing back from Customer Service. The chemical used is clearly not quite right.
At the very least I would expect some acknowledgement. I know they got the email.

I was pleased with the efficiency of delivery but sadly not so happy with the product. The hand soap smells lovely but the pink colour faded within days and now looks a dirty grey colour - doesnt interfere with the quality of the soap though but it is expensive so I would have expected the colour to last. I probabaly won't buy again.

Love the Bergamot & Fern
First brought the Bergamot & Fern defuser at Chelsea flower show last year and loved it, the smell would ‘hit me’ as I opened my front door,
So many months on it still smelt amazing but the liquid was running out so purchased a re-fill and another defuser so now my whole house is smelling amazing… love it and great prices compared to others…

Disappointed!
I did not think that the scent of the refill diffuser was as intense as the original that I had bought.
Also, in the packaging there was a card which said that it was hoped that I would enjoy my free gift but there wasn’t anything!

HI Sue, So sorry you feel the Refills do not smell as strong as normal, these are made to the same standards as always. We do find that if you change the fragrance every now and then your nose doesn't get too used to one smell. Have you changed the reeds lately? Once they get fluffy they do not work. I am happy to send out your free gift today and sorry again you haven't had a happy experience with us, this is not what we want at all. Please let me know what we can do to change this into a 5* review.
