Great product

I like the product and the way it is put together, very easy to use and replace and it seems to work. Its taking me time to get used to the scent and im not sure i like the one i chose but i really appreciate the ethics behind the product.

Wrong items

I ordered some items for click and collect but found that two items were not what i ordered. I didnt want to make the long journey back to the shop so have made do. I realise I should have checked in the shop but didnt expect the order to be wrong. I will definitly check next time. Otherwise happy with purchase.

Fairly happy

The plants i ordered did not lok very healthy on arrival and were a little dehydrated but they did perk up. The scabious plants all had a white sort of mildew on the leaves which has'nt gone away since planting. on the whole i was fairly happy, just a little disappointed in the condition. Well packaged though.

Very good service

Quick delivery of samples and well packaged. Unfortunately the sampls werent the colours that i thought they would be - it is difficult to tell on a computer screen and they were much lighter than i thought. But i appreciated the opportunity to check them out and postage was free. Thank you.

Okay

I was pleased with the efficiency of delivery but sadly not so happy with the product. The hand soap smells lovely but the pink colour faded within days and now looks a dirty grey colour - doesnt interfere with the quality of the soap though but it is expensive so I would have expected the colour to last. I probabaly won't buy again.

I received a bouquet as a birthday gift…

I received a bouquet as a birthday gift and was extremely upset that my dear friend spent her hard earned cash on your flowers. They arrived looking very sad but even after I had followed instructions to perk them up they never really gave a good show. All of the leaves had been removed right up to the top of the flowers and while I am aware that leaves should be removed so as not to immerse in water this was extreme and resulted in a very sparse looking display. the roses wilted after about 3 days and the stocks barely had any flowers on them. I am not complaining for any compensatory reasons and would hate my friend too know how I felt about her generous gift. However I feel I just want to voice my disappointment so that other people do not have the same experience.
