Shilajit has boosted recovery and helped me return to football ⚽️
I’ve taken shilajit while I was injured from sport and didn’t expect to see such benefits in my recovery. Not only have my muscles recovered quicker, the fatigue and tiredness I felt after sessions has faded and I’m ready to go again the next day.
