Mia Tui have always offered great customer service, have been purchasing from them for a number of years and nothing is too much trouble. I love their handbags and accessories and am only slightly addicted ;)

Nice product, delivery was great and as expected.

I emailed on 21/7/23, again on 27/7/23 and today 2/8/23 - still no response just the email saying they will call me within 3-4 days - not really good enough, their email says I can be reimbursed if any problems but it is just a sales pitch. I liked the product and want to become a regular customer but am put off by the useless customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Firstly they are not UK based, everything comes from America and takes ages, over a month to arrive. Secondly wuality is shocking, frame was poorly made out of cheap products. Lastly they use Evri for delivery so whilst we were on holiday (as I said it took over a month to arrive) they threw it over our full height gate where it sat for a couple of weeks in the rain, so despite me telling them I was not now at home they wont refund, tge product is damaged and water destroyed, they refer me to Evri who refer me to another ‘company’ but no contact details so I am out of pocket with no useable product. Cannot speak to anyone. Beware you are not getting what you pay for.

Excellent value, ordering was easy and delivery very quick, didnt need it so quick as room isnt ready but still very impressed.

Tests arrived when they said they would, easy to use as well.
