Disappointed!
I did not think that the scent of the refill diffuser was as intense as the original that I had bought.
Also, in the packaging there was a card which said that it was hoped that I would enjoy my free gift but there wasn’t anything!

HI Sue, So sorry you feel the Refills do not smell as strong as normal, these are made to the same standards as always. We do find that if you change the fragrance every now and then your nose doesn't get too used to one smell. Have you changed the reeds lately? Once they get fluffy they do not work. I am happy to send out your free gift today and sorry again you haven't had a happy experience with us, this is not what we want at all. Please let me know what we can do to change this into a 5* review.
