You failed to deliver this parcel even though we were in and instead handed it in to a property round the corner. Not even one that neighbours ours. We had not identified that property as somewhere to leave the parcel and as said it does not neighbour ours despite the numbering suggesting it might. It’s the second time you’ve failed to come to the property . We will no longer order goods we think are being delivered by you.

Was given a 1 hour time slot for the delivery and item was delivered well within it. Delivery driver was very courteous and helpful.
