Following a boiler breakdown last weekend, difficulties getting through to our insurer and an interim visit through our insurer on Wednesday, from an alternative engineer, who left the boiler working efficiently but not finding anything wrong with it, the BAXI engineer Paul visited today Paul quickly identified a significant issue with the boiler. He replaced various component parts leaving the boiler working. He was professional, efficient and appropriately friendly. Excellent service from Paul.
