If only all delivery companies were…

If only all delivery companies were like V1. Phoned the day before to advise on precise time of delivery. A very early delivery which was delivered with care. Our dog didn't even here the guys drop off the package. Well done V1.

The driver was excellent but the live…

The driver was excellent but the live tracking is appalling. Today it showed tracking for 21st December although it did state which drop the driver was on but not where he was.
The driver was definitely 5*

Feel very let down by H&W

Feel very let down by H&W. I have followed this company for years after coming across their stall at a show at Olympia. Earl Grey has been my favourite scent for years and I've probably had everything from diffusers, hand wash/cream to the small room spray. I received my latest order of 3 x hand-wash recently but didn't open it straightaway. On opening the colour it looks like H&W clementine fizz. The scent is Earl Grey but not the colour which has always worked well with my bathroom colours. The response to my email stated that they have not changed the EG recipe but there can be differences between batches. I don't usually post negative reviews but I'm so disappointed not to have received a further response after sending a comparison photo.

Highly recommended ...

This was my second order from Hillarys and yet again they didn't disappoint. Two new Perfect Fit blackout blinds installed by Gary Miller (Advisor 215027). Gary is very knowledgeable and gives top notch advice about the Hillarys range of products and fabrics. His professionalism is a credit to Hillarys. Hillarys and Gary came highly recommended from my neighbour and I certainly wouldn't have any issue recommending them to others. Keep up the good work!

Easy transaction from ordering to…

Easy transaction from ordering to delivery. Well done RD! The only slight oddity was the item was delivered today and this evening I've received an email from RD stating it will be delivered in the next few days. The item purchased was the Zest Emily 2 seater garden bench which was a fair price and very sturdy once put together. So well done to Zest also!

This Company has beautiful items and I…

This Company has beautiful items and I have bought a few things over the years but on this occasion their Customer Service is very very poor. Purchased some light up mini trees which were delayed but I received notification of delay which was good. When the item arrived it didn't work in the location so I returned them. The item was signed for by Cox and Cox on 5 November but still no refund received. Chased by email no response. Telephoned and got cut off after 11 minutes of holding. Such as shame. Still waiting for a refund so beware of buying.

Very poor customer service

Up until recently I've been very happy with my shopping experience with Sarah Raven. Now there is just a lack of customer care. We've all been living with Covid for some time now and most services have managed to find a work around which means the initial delays in delivery and lack of response to emails and phone calls has subsided but not with Sarah Raven unfortunately. I've tried emailing and no response then this morning a parcel arrives with live plants. Luckily I was at home to accept delivery. I received no dispatch email. I'm still awaiting items that clearly said in stock at time of order. I've read the new delivery times but come on Sarah Raven please get back to a proper customer service at least on the front end of phone calls and emails. Your competitors have managed it!
I still want to order items but feel I can't at present because of the lack of customer service.

Very poor service even in the current…

Very poor service even in the current circumstances. I've emailed several times to obtain a refund but no response even after initially receiving a very helpful email from a chap called Martyn. I paid through PayPal and they don't even respond through that! I ordered a tomato plant and brussel sprout plugs back in April. The plants arrived separately- tomato plant was out of its pot and dead. The sprout plugs were also dead when they arrived.
I would give T&M a second chance but not whilst they are in this chaotic situation.
Fingers crossed for a refund!
