A software problem meant my order had not been properly recorded. Dukeshill made sure I had a ham for the 40 odd folk I was feeding to celebrate the coronation.

Purdy and Figg products are great of course but their customer service is great too. A real person (Dawn) who actually ask and answers questions to make sure I actually got the problem solved - amazing!

Arrived very quickly and all of good quality.

Good tyres. Were not delivered on the day promised, arriving 48 hrs later, so we’re not fitted in time for the journey I needed to make. They did reschedule for another slot.

Other than that - fine.

I bought the uncut soap to use in my holiday rental in an effort to reduce packaging and plastic. I am now able to give every guest their own wee bar of ‘hand cut’ soap and feel like I’m doing something towards reducing my carbon footprint.

Betty’s have produced the goods as always. On time, in perfect condition and so delicious. I’m always impressed that betty’s beautiful cakes arrive undamaged and on the day they say. Living in the north of Scotland so many items get damaged or lost in the postal or courier system.

The fondant fancies always cheer us up! They are a wonderful treat and pick me up. My only observation is that the change to a much less beautiful decoration than previously takes something away from the delicate beauty they brought to any occasion. The taste remains delightful, but the strong colours and size of the icing flower detract from the overall appeal on the plate. A shame to change something that was absolutely perfect before. I wish you would revert to the delicate design and colours of yore.

I took out benenden health care two years ago and have found it to be a really useful all round well-being help. Whether the online GO appointments, online courses during COVID to help with fitness and mental health, or in expediting a consultant appointment when the NHS had a big backlog of patients it has been excellent. It’s also great value for money - so much so I signed up my parents and brother.

The citrus hand sanitizer is lovely - it smells delicious, feels nice on the skin and hasn’t dried my hands out. I now provide it for the guests at my holiday cottage - so much nicer than a chemical smelling gel - and great to have reusable/refillable glass bottles instead of the usual plastic. I’m recommending Purdy and Figg to all my friends and family - and am going to get the minis for stocking fillers.

ao have been really good from start to finish. Being able to choose the date of delivery was a huge boon and the installation itself was very efficient. The guys who installed the cooker were great: They rang beforehand to give me timings, were polite and efficient, and cleaned up before they left, having made sure all was in working order and I knew how to use it!

The initial move I booked didn't happen , as no driver was keen to come to Moray from the midlands. Once this failed the team worked tirelessly to get a driver confirmed and were excellent at keeping me informed. The four stars are because of the initial failure for the dates booked. The performance after that was five star +!
