Parasites
Parasites. I Had to stop after just leaving Bristol Airport multi-story as our child's seat was loose after loading luggage into the car. I was stationery for 34 secs according to their video footage. I Explained the circumstances and they still fought their way through the completely useless appeals service. I consider my child's safety is worth £100. They are a soul-less bunch of hateful parasites.
AVOID EXCEL CAR PARKS AT ALL COSTS
AVOID EXCEL CAR PARKS AT ALL COSTS. They exist purely to slap you with a PCN for whatever unjust reason they can. Never give up fighting them - go to court - the judges know how bad they are - if you’ve done nothing wrong you’ll win.
Nice try scumbags
Nice try scumbags, after 10 months of the appeal process being followed and not being at fault for the machine error, I have today won and all your unfounded charges have been dropped, you have finally admitted defeat and admitted you were wrong.
Never ever deal with these conmen at all
Be very careful of this Rogue company
My wife paid for a ticket in one of the car parks run by this Rogue parking management services, she parked on the side, purchased a ticket, then parked her car. She was then on returning that she had violated the parking terms and conditions, by stopping on the side.
These Rogue companies should be banned, as they are Evil 😈
Faulty car park machine and unclear…
Faulty car park machine and unclear instructions meant my vehicle reg was not entered correctly, despite paying the correct fee I have still been issued with a penalty notice. Appeal has been denied therefore I have taken advice from Citizens Advice regarding misleading and deceptive signage and appealed to the IAS. Hoping common sense will prevail!
I received a parking ticket despite…
I received a parking ticket despite paying on the app and having an invoice. This is a Fraudulent company that is only trying to make money with false evidence and harassing the public with fines. Such a nuisance and breach of data collection.
Ms Webb just beat their ass in court
Ms Webb just beat their ass in court, they had to pay £99 charges for loss of wages ,should have fined them more

Appeal service is ridiculous Auto camera into car park do not tell the whole story. Wrote a appeal details ignored and just sent the same passive response you get some any company like this. Totaly waste of time
Stopped due to struggling to find…
Stopped due to struggling to find pickup at Leeds Bradford airport for a 30-60 seconds as the car sat nav guided me into a different zone. Stopped for roughly 30-60 seconds and then turned round. Got the directions right and paid the pickup ticket at the airport of £9 for a few minutes and then got a £100 fine from Excell. Asked to have the fine removed but they do not care -

I used to be a minicab driver and used to drop the customers,at Excel parking.
They gave me a ticket, because I was dropping their customers in this place.
The passed the ticket to a bailiff.
How can you have good customer service when you betray your own customers???
Is this company actually okay
Is this company actually okay? They an issue a ticket no problem but they can’t get the facts right when it comes to paid tickets, I paid for a ticket then my appointment was running late so I purchased another ticket and I’ve sent them the bank statements and now there still saying I’ve not paid, greedy little scammers I hope you get shut down because I won’t be paying for my parking fine im taking this to whoever needs to hear it you’re disgusting
I paid £6 charge for 4 hours of parking…
I paid £6 charge for 4 hours of parking as requested, displayed my ticket then two weeks after I received a parking fine, I supplied proof of payment and other details including my blue disability badge but they still want me to pay £100 fine. Absolutely appalling
Mafia-Style Operation
Complete Scam! Mafia-Style Operation! ⚠️
They fined me £60 for just 10 minutes! My parking allowance was 2 hours, but they didn’t even count the 15 minutes I spent driving around inside trying to find a space before I could park.
There are no payment points in the car park. Instead, there’s a note saying: “If you overstay, call our phone number for payment.” But of course, when you call, no one answers. This is nothing but a system designed to profit from people’s helplessness.
No matter what appeal you make, they will never accept it. All they say is: “We put up a big sign.” And if you try to appeal again, they send you to IAS. But with IAS you have no chance of winning. Worse still, if you go to IAS they cancel the reduced fine, charge you the full £100, and then add another £70 on top!
This is pure mafia tactics – basically saying: “If you try to fight back legally, we’ll punish you with even more money.” How can a company like this still operate legally? Is there really nobody in this country to stop such exploitation, or is the system protecting these greedy people?
All of this because I was 10 minutes late! This is not justice, this is unfair profit. I even called to extend my time, but no one answered. On top of that, I have a gym membership that entitles me to 4 hours of parking, but they refused to acknowledge it.
This company is nothing but modern fraud, taking money from hardworking people unfairly.
🚫 My warning: Stay away from this car park and this company! 🚫
Greedy money grabbers
This greedy money grabbing company needs to be shut down due to their harsh and unfair parking fines. In 2024,Excel Parking made £18 million in revenue and £5.5 million in profit, just from parking fines! They issue unnecessary fines and when challenged they intimidate customers to make them pay.
i parked in a space within the markings…
i parked in a space within the markings (in a pickup van) and to avoid any over hang of my vehicle i moved forward a bit causing absolutely no problem.
i was away approximately 7 minutes maybe less and came back to see a COWARD of an attendant taking photos of my vehicle and telling me i was being reported!
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
This company needs to be shut down and…
This company needs to be shut down and their directors tried in the criminal courts. They are scammers operating via carparks. I fully paid for my parking session but received a PCN in the post. It was issued / received in July / August when they knew I was most likely to be away on holiday and therefore would miss the opportunity to appeal. I had no option but to pay the fine and try to claim it back on appeal via their regulator: theipc.info_motorist-complaints
31st August - please do not fine
Went to TK Maxx spent quite a bit on Sunday 31st but their free parking machines are not working and neither was B&M . Ive rang parking services hotline who run the car park to let them know and to log my registration as i dont want a parking fine. The customer service lady took my registration to log on their system so i'm documenting this on here as evidence. I've also got a shop receipt and video of the shop parking systems being down.
App didn’t register session properly, fine issued even though payment registered.
Paid via app including 20p surcharge but app didn't recognise payment. Payment taken from bank and evidence supplied but fine upheld on appeal. All these 1 star reviews and nobody cares! It's not affecting Excel profits so why would they.
not one machine in the Bangor car park…
not one machine in the Bangor car park is working and ive been fined £100 having appealed and taken photo's my appeal has been declined even though the machines are weeks later still not working and i had no means to make a payment over the phone. Offered to pay the LEGITIMATE parking fee for the time i was there but that is declined also. A TOTAL SCAM AVOID PARKING AT ALL COSTS. I will be contacting my local Ombudsmen for advice. Unscrupulous tactics for genuine customers, how long can that last?????
Having rang the company i can confirm they just hang up once aware of the reason you are calling. They claim it is the responsibility of the shopping centre to fix the parking machines, excel parking just chase everyone for £100 for making the mistake of taking photo's as evidence. Apparently 10 minutes is ample timing to park, go to the meter, read ALL of the terms and conditions, go back to your car and leave.
Having asked what will happen if i decline to pay i was hung up on!
Why can they not chase up the fee for the time pared and then issue fines? Too lenient and not enough money made from innocent people methinks.
1 star is generous
1 star is generous - made an error on number plate as letters missing from keys on machine and got £100 fine - can demonstrate a paid ticket but rejected appeal.
Wont ever use that car park again and made sure that all my friends and family are aware of the risks when using that carpark
