I used to be a minicab driver and used to drop the customers,at Excel parking. They gave me a ticket,because I was dropping their customers in this place. The passed the ticket to a bailiff. How can you have good customer service when you betray your own customers???
I don't recommend this platform at all. The reasons are that they always charge you for any reason they take alot of money.Even if you pay for a flex ticket they will say you can change anytime any date is not true.They charge a lot of money. You can only use it once! The don't respond quickly to emails they do whatever they want to do! Guys if you really looking for no headache use another platform,believe me! They don't refund the money back! Just useless platform! Very disappointed!
