You truly are a bunch of evil scam artists and you know exactly what you’ve done. You’ve back peddled on this awful policy because of public pressure but how many people have given in to your pressure tactics? I hope your company collapses because of this.

Online website is one of the worst experiences I've ever had the displeasure of using.

Tried to buy earrings however my card was declined for 'Fraud', spoke to an advisor who said it was a problem with my bank. I then spoke to my bank who confirmed there were no flags on my account. Re-rung Goldsmiths helpline who confirmed it was is in fact their fault but that they cannot 'unblock' my card. My only option online was to wait up to 90 days for their systems to unblock my card (and hope it doesn't happen again) - no interim solution was offered. They refused click and collect and pay in store as it was a subsidiary company (Mappin and Webb).

A little bit of pragmatism in a company goes a long way. You need to take a look at your internal processes and systems.

Lost a sale and a customer. I have spent thousands at this company and their support was nowhere to be seen. I will not be using Goldsmiths or their affiliated companies again (Watches of Switzerland or Mappin and Webb).

Just don’t eat here. There are multiple better alternatives, app sees my to randomly move to next stage seemingly at random. Use deliveroo or Uber eats , customer service is way better
