Flight refund remains outstanding

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service received from Trip.com after Ryanair changed our flight schedule 3 times meaning we had to cancel as we would have missed what we were travelling to see. Despite re-assures from Ryanair that they had returned funds to Trip.com I still have not received returned monies for a cancellation made at the end of 2023.

Quick & Easy online, Excellent Customer Service by Phone

Online quotation extremely easy to obtain. Had to make a call to discuss a particular aspect of our wedding. The call was answered promptly and the member of your team who responded was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. As someone in the events industry I have no hesitation in recommending Event Insurance. Thank you.

LACKING COMPASSION IN FAVOUR OF QUICK EARN

Visited Fraisthorpe Beach, East Yorkshire - first visit
first visit after my husband died which was extremely emotional. Inadvertently put in the wrong registration number - my car - not my husbands that I was driving. I have appealed as did pay for parking but no ......... the signs clearly state otherwise! No compassion considering my reason.
Needless to say don't have energy to fight as still very much in grief.
Will not return to location and advised owners of the bad decision they have made.

Delivery never received - excellent customer service

Delivery never received. Ordered before Easter for delivery by Easter.

Thanks to Jess in Customer Service Team egg was located. Shame Royal Mail didn’t bother to leave card saying tried to deliver and where to collect from.
