Mafia-Style Operation

Complete Scam! Mafia-Style Operation! ⚠️

They fined me £60 for just 10 minutes! My parking allowance was 2 hours, but they didn’t even count the 15 minutes I spent driving around inside trying to find a space before I could park.

There are no payment points in the car park. Instead, there’s a note saying: “If you overstay, call our phone number for payment.” But of course, when you call, no one answers. This is nothing but a system designed to profit from people’s helplessness.

No matter what appeal you make, they will never accept it. All they say is: “We put up a big sign.” And if you try to appeal again, they send you to IAS. But with IAS you have no chance of winning. Worse still, if you go to IAS they cancel the reduced fine, charge you the full £100, and then add another £70 on top!

This is pure mafia tactics – basically saying: “If you try to fight back legally, we’ll punish you with even more money.” How can a company like this still operate legally? Is there really nobody in this country to stop such exploitation, or is the system protecting these greedy people?

All of this because I was 10 minutes late! This is not justice, this is unfair profit. I even called to extend my time, but no one answered. On top of that, I have a gym membership that entitles me to 4 hours of parking, but they refused to acknowledge it.

This company is nothing but modern fraud, taking money from hardworking people unfairly.
🚫 My warning: Stay away from this car park and this company! 🚫

STAY AWAY!!!

I would strongly advise anyone TO STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought a car from this company for £1,500, plus over £900 auction fee. I paid immediately, but they ignored my emails. Everything can be proven. Despite my repeated messages, they deliberately gave me a collection appointment one week later – which was not my fault.

When I finally went to collect the car, they demanded over £750 in parking fees. Again, this was not my fault. On top of that, the car they sold me was a complete scam: it did not start, I had to tow it, all the lights came on while driving, the windows didn’t work, the engine was faulty, and there was a mileage discrepancy. None of these problems were mentioned in the description.

Even worse, inside the car I found used condoms and cigarette butts, and when I arrived the parking staff were actually smoking inside my car. This is absolutely disgusting.

The staff, especially the woman I dealt with, were extremely rude and shameless, behaving as if they were in the right. They outright lied and gave me a product completely different from the advertised listing.

I lost my hard-earned money to these people. Please, don’t let the same happen to you. Even if they gave away cars for free, I would say DON’T TAKE IT.

Review of Parkmaven

huge injustice

I stayed at Premier Inn Leicester City Centre and parked in Parkmaven (downstairs). I paid for a full 24-hour ticket, yet I still received two separate parking fines: one for briefly leaving and returning (to go to the supermarket) and another for staying overnight. This is despite the fact that I had already paid in full.

My company had to pay the fines immediately since it was a company car, and the money was deducted from my salary. In total, I unfairly lost £120 in fines plus £12 parking fees. Unfortunately, I cannot show the physical ticket because I didn’t keep it, but the payment is visible on my bank card statement and also in the hotel’s system.

I have tried contacting customer services, but they have completely ignored my messages. This feels like a mafia-style operation taking money from innocent people who have already paid.

This is a huge injustice, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this parking service.
