I can’t believe this company are still allowed to trade. They’re basically just a criminal gang. Also paid fee but apparently not quickly enough! Appeal rejected obviously! It’s hard to believe they’re allowed to continue when they’re ripping off so many people all over the country. Goodness knows what people with mobility problems are meant to do - I guess they’re easy targets for these scammer! 😡

Dreadful, tv mini boxes hardly ever worse, broadband so slow and temperamental it’s barely functional. Customer service is a joke. Also costs a fortune!
