Staggering incompetence

I left a 1* review recently because my Bailey Adamo went back reading light glass replacement and when it was replaced they rewired the system incorrectly and one of the lounge strip lights wouldn't turn off.

It recently went back in and got dropped off and I was assured it was double QC checked.
I've just checked it and not only is the same fault still there one of the new reading light glasses has also some off.

So now it has to go back a fourth time for a simple light fix. How difficult can that be?

Really, anybody considering Kimberley avoid them light the plague

Awful Quality

£80k for a new Motorhome (Bailey Adamo 75-4 DL) that has fault after fault after fault.
And their 'trusted partner' service centre are just as hopeless carrying out repairs that need repairing.
If I'd known how bad this whole experience is I'd have paid the extra and bought elsewhere.

Another poor rating for Kimberley…

Another poor rating for Kimberley Darlington unfortunately.
And once again it's the service department.
Motorhome went in for lighting warranty repairs and came out with the lights wired incorrectly where one didn't work at all and another stayed on all the time, had to take the fuse out.
How can they release the vehicle without checking the repairs?
And when the motorhome was checked in they had work on the service sheet to be carried out that had already been done previously, not the work that needed doing.
So once again we have to take it back this will be the fifth visit!
So so frustrating that it's wrong in the first place and secondly that the repairs have to repaired.

reselling a faulty unit

Bought a £300 Sat Nav collected at store in the Hull Depot
Got it home and no satellite reception
Should have realised something was wrong when the seal sticker was missing and someone had already entered vehicle dimensions
This unit had obviously already been returned as faulty and Halfords were selling it on again

The worst customer service

I paid £1500 more for a new motorhome last year than I would have done elsewhere after being assured of great customer service from my local dealer.
It has turned out to be quite the opposite.
Poor communication, poor records, terribly slow service and they record the defects down incorrectly so the issues have to keep going back to Bailey.
5 MONTHS I've been waiting to get repairs carried out.
Simply NOT acceptable.

Hopeless Sales knowledge

Brompton on Swale Branch
Bought a Cadac grill and gas pigtail after asking the question "Is this everything I need to get conected to my gas bottle"
Assured that it was and of course it's not, needed another fitting after finding out we got to site to set it up.
How hopeless can you get?

AGAIN. Not the first time this has happened.
If they can't even take your money how will they process a claim?

Fantastic Rep

Booked at La Plagne through Ski Solutions but the in resort Rep was Inghams
We had issues with a terrible transfer (6 hours) when we were promised by Ski Solutions max 2 hours and the Apartments were poor so all in all our holiday was very poor value.
But stand out inn-resort service was provided by the Inghams Rep Nesta
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she knew was so knowledgable, helpful and friendly that I'm driven to write this review.

Opposite of what I asked for!!!

Wanted the shortest transfer possible from an airport and ski solutions scammed me with a £4k one week holiday sitting on a bus for 6 hours to get to the resort.
