Parasites. I Had to stop after just leaving Bristol Airport multi-story as our child's seat was loose after loading luggage into the car. I was stationery for 34 secs according to their video footage. I Explained the circumstances and they still fought their way through the completely useless appeals service. I consider my child's safety is worth £100. They are a soul-less bunch of hateful parasites.
After my review on 6th February 'Juan' from Voneus said in reply: "......I have asked for one of the team to respond to your latest contact within the next 24 hours and I will follow up with them to ensure all your concerns have been addressed." Needless to say nobody has contacted me 5 days later. No surprise there then. It seems 'Juan' promises very similar words to most unfavourable reviews with very similar results to mine no doubt. Check out the one star reviews if you want to know what is really going on with this companies customer services/complaints department, if it actually exists.

I can see that you have an open case with our retentions department, and I have asked one of the team to reach out to you as soon as possible. Please be assured that we take all feedback seriously and are committed to improving our service.
We have had little or no internet service from Voneus for weeks. In fact since they took over SWS the service has been flaky at best. They have not responded or even acknowledged any of the many many emails and voice mail messages telling them about the problems. Even threats to go to the Ombudsman has not provoked a reaction. Absolutely shocking 'service'. We are not alone, everyone I have spoken to re Voneus has had the same reaction of frustration and anger. If you have any other option I would advise you to take that option. Interesting that on their Linkedin page you cannot leave a comment....

Regarding comments on Linkedin, we use Trust Pilot as the main platform to flag and respond to all customer feedback and as you can see by looking through the reviews, in most cases we respond to customer reviews within 24 hours.
When I called customer support the lady I spoke to with my query understood my problem and gave me the information I required efficiently and politely.

My daughter had her card stolen, so using the app I contacted Hyper Jar. The representative, Waays, arranged for a replacement card to be sent out. It was a stress free, quick process, and they answered all my queries. Excellent customer service. Something quite rare these days!
