Whats their problem

They are a nasty nasty bunch of nobodies, horrible people who only care for the money they can con people out of, why 5 mins to get a ticket? if there is a people waiting to pay it will obviously take longer than 5 mins, why not 10 mins, if you get a ticket what is their problem, the 5 mins is the rob you, scumm of the lowest order.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company, I purchased 2 cameras for £420 now they are useless, much better products out there, why are they even prohibiting LIVE feed on older cameras, it costs nothing for a live feed.

Cameras useless after just over 7…

Cameras useless after just over 7 years, cost me £440 for 2, on the box it said we guarantee lifetime free cloud storage and lifetime updates, after 2 years of ownership they told me and all other owners we would be charged for cloud storage at £5.98 a month, I declined as I could still watch live on my phone, now they tell us that from October there will be no live coverage as well. There are so many free storage and better security cameras out there, do not waste your time on a camera that will be useless in 5 years time

Had expensive cameras 8 years

Had 2 expensive cameras 8 years ago, cost me over £400, came with free lifetime cloud storage, 4 years ago they started to charge for storage, people were rightly incensed, now they inform us with this email.
ERA PROTECT
As of 3 October 2023, your camera(s) will no longer provide a live stream, and (if applicable) record video on motion detection. Therefore, it is necessary to give you six months’ notice that your Y-Cam service will be ending.

In order to support anyone affected by this, our dedicated Customer Service Team are on hand for any queries, questions or concerns.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope this notice period allows you to source alternative means for your security.
Please check your camera model type and review the full update here to confirm whether your device will reach end of life.

If you are unsure, you can check the model of your camera within the settings section in the App or contact us for further support.
DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT A PRODUCT TO LAST MORE THAN 5 YEARS.

Terrible compant,my toster stopped…

Terrible company, my toaster stopped working after a week, tried emailing them several times, finally they asked for a video of fault and receipt, sent it and no reply in a month, taking it to trading standards.

Please do not buy, they are a scam...read their policies please don't be robbed. Read their terms and conditions its like 3rd world countries way of doing things

6. Returns
6.1 Goods sold may be returned at the customers own cost and transport risk for a refund providing the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging. The restocking charge for returned items is 25% of the full invoiced amount and if the product was delivered on a pallet an admin fee of £120+vat will be applicable in addition to the 25%. A return form must be requested from our customer support team. This form needs to be filled out and emailed back to us. The same form also needs to be attached to the product being returned for identification.
