Item arrived on time
I feel it's important for me to leave this review, as I have seen so many negative reviews from the past few weeks.
I ordered my item on Monday with an expected delivery between Thursday and Friday.
As of Wednesday, my order was still "processing" so I reached out to the company, but didn't get a response. By Thursday I was getting concerned, so I checked reviews. These of course made me very worried.
I managed to get in touch with Lee, who got back to me straight away and apologised for the lack of communication. He confirmed that my item would be posted that day.
I'm pleased to say Lee stuck to his word and my item arrived this morning.
The reason for the 4 stars is, apart from lack of communication early on, Skate Hut provided a great service. If their communication had been stronger earlier, this would be 5 stars.
I'm not quite sure what is happening with Skate Hut and I can see a lot of people are having a really difficult time. I hope everyone is able to get their issues resolved and that it is simply a supplier issue.
As of the time of writing this, I have also received an email from Cara, in response to the email I sent on Wednesday, stating that there has been a delay due to "unforeseen circumstances". Obviously, this is irrelevant to me now, but I just wanted to let everybody know that there are members of staff trying to resolve issues.
