Simple but could be better
Simple booking process and reasonable value. The check in was simple with very helpful staff and collecting the vehicle was equally as good. The only problem we had was lack of busses to get us to the terminal on departure day. Our bus was rammed and myself and a fellow lady passenger had an unpleasant journey as there wasn’t a lot of room!
Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from dropping off my car, electronic key drop off so easy, to collecting it earlier than initially arranged. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful when I returned early to collect my car, that of course wasn’t ready, but within 10 minutes it was located and keys passed to me. Shuttle bus was available straightaway, both ways, with only minutes to wait for departure to the perspective locations. ALWAYS use Silverzone, it’s convenient and very good value with wonderful flexible terms.
Avoid at all costs
Car damaged but didn’t notice until we got home. Over £400 out of pocket. Avoid. Will never use again.
Pros & Cons
Pros: Kiosk check-in quite straightforward, no problem parking, no real wait for shuttle
Cons: Wait for bus back to Silver Zone on arrival in UK. We waited 35 minutes - should be 15 minutes. Bus eventually arrived late, but driver still thought it appropriate to have a nice chat with the guy manning the barrier, all in plain view of a huge queue of tired travellers. Driver was surly when challenged. Time roughly 430pm, date 14/6/2023
Used my car as a rally car
Silverzone. Shocking experience. Dropped my car off handed in keys to come back on the 31st May to dashcam footage of someone drifting my car and hitting speeds of 50mph around the car park whilst kicking the back end out and wheel spinning 😲 and redlining the life out of it . I doubt he finds it funny anymore though as he has been sacked 😂🤣🤣 what a silly boy 😂 it goes in the sun newspaper tommorow black bmw 340i thrashed by a chav with no respect for other people's hard earned and looked after belongings .
Great car park
Parked in Silver parking and it was the best most efficient car park I’ve used and I’m nearly 60 years old so I’ve been to quite a fue, everything is so quick and easy and buses were there really quickly for the journey to and from the airport, would definitely recommend.
Wild west parking
The process of turning up and collecting your ticket to driving out on our return is easy and simple ,
It's far harder to actually find a space in what is essentially a gravel car park .
Cars jammed in all over the place , dust everywhere and for the price they charge it's daylight robbery.
I half expected to find my doors dinged or wing damaged.
They good points are you keep your keys and it's relatively close to the airport.
I expected an actual car park with designated parking bays instead it a free for all .
absolute rip of wont use again

long stay parking was a simple system that worked well for me.
I will use again.
Absolute criminals, silver zone Bristol.
Booked in at Silver zone. On return somebody had lifted the bonnet and twisted round the bonnet stay so it was fouling the bonnet. I checked the dashcam footage and there was footage using the car prior to our holiday and driving home but nothing going to the airport or dropping the car off. I didnt notice the damage till the morning after we got home. I have to get the car inspected to make sure nothing has been tampered with and buy a new bonnet stay.
Bristol airport have washed their hands of it saying the car was perfectly safe and nobody touched it.
They need to employ honest people and not cover up for the criminal who they employ.
Crooks,
Well this was an experience I don’t want to have again, already before our holiday we had a nightmare with whatever the company calls itself, waiting 30mins before someone arrived to collect the car from the pick up location, English was not the guys strong point let’s just say.
On our return I rang once we landed and told them I will be outside waiting in 40 Mins at the same pick up location, I was waiting 15 Minutes before I called their office and once again I had to wait another 10 minutes before the guy arrived.
The guy drove to the pick up location with the music blaring and the smell inside
Was horrible, he wasn’t English and he didn’t respect our car one bit. The car looked like it had been driven around a dusty track all day as it so so dirty & dusty. Everything in the car was moved around and not how we left it.
I have tried to ring them and ask what the company is called but I get told to wait and then I get disconnected. Whoever these people are I hope you get what’s
Coming to you as it’s an embarrassment to Bristol Airport that you Are allowed to apparently Meet & Greet customers.
Never Trust these types of People
Again.
Money grabbing
Booked a last-minute holiday, and I had to book parking. The silver zoon was £127, as I was going to pay it shot up to £197 for the long stay car park only, maybe the silver zoon was now full. I tried again it kept coming up to £197, I had to book anyway, but to my surprise, it then rose to £217. Really Pxxx off.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Absolutely hideous, we almost missed our flight because of ridiculously long delays in dropping off the key- I will NEVER use them again...so many bad experiences on here! I am an idiot for not reading more extensive reviews and for ignoring the reviews I did read!!! I felt very uncomfortable leaving my key. At Gatwick you just park and go...Bristol is NOT the same.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. First problem was trying to find a mobility space Eventually I did but took time. At other airports you can pre book a mobility space. On my return. I was unable to get out of the barrier as it was telling me my ticket had run out. Fortunately, I had my confirmation with me so on the 3rd attempt, they did raise the barrier. The parking is far too far away from the terminal for disabled people. Never again
Appalling customer services.
I needed an earlier flight home, so needed to pick my car up a day earlier. Nobody answering the phone; no online chat; no response to emails. The online 'manage my booking' will only allow a change of driver or car --not the date or time. The most unhelpful site I have ever encountered. Customer services non-existent. You just have to turn up and hope they'll be able to get your car. Hopeless service.
“Once bitten twice shy.”
Once bitten twice shy.. How do they get away with it?
Arrived at Bristol Airport after midnight and caught the Silver Zone bus from the airport A grim voice barked out ,you can’t stand there mate inside the front doors. The bus was packed . I didn’t know I was his mate ! So my wife and I disembarked and were told another S Z bus would be along immediately. . After a few minutes, we are in our late seventies, staggered onto the vehicle followed by a phalanx of humans. It seemed that a lot of aircraft arrived together after midnight causing chaos. Then the driver, if you can call him that set off to take us to the lot . Let’s just say the guy was a Big Dipper. He drove like a demon possessed . Old, young, invalids were all thrown around like shuttle cocks. No consideration was given to comfort or passenger safety . The moronic speeder could not have cared less.
“I’m not here to be nice. I’m just a f…g Deliveroo man and I don’t give a crinkled chip about anything especially at one in the morning”
So here we we’re on a freezing night with all these others outside Key -Collection., HUNDREDS of us shivering with a good potential to get pneumonia ,and the static queue . The movement of the queue was imperceptible. My wife said it wasn’t worth the two of us waiting to file in, better that she waited outside somewhere.
After a very long time I eventually I got one foot on the threshold and could then determine what was or wasn’t going on inside the building. Two males were on duty , one was like an old retainer , probably worked for the company for years but was generally past his prime in terms of time and motion. The other chap certainly originally from the West Indies didn’t feel the need to be paced either. So the queue snaked ever so slowly towards the counter. Everyone was agitated as they would be at one in the morning with an onward drive to contend with. Eventually as I reached the counter, miraculously a smart assertive woman appeared from behind the scenes and with a gruff voice asked for my receipt. She swiped the barcode with professionalism. It sure looked like she had done that manoeuvre many times before. Then she went to a designated key bin with my surname initial on it , rummaged through it clanking all the keys together, asked my surname for security reasons and chucked my key on the counter . Oh dear, with the sort of cars made today these electronic keys can cost anywhere upwards of £150 If they get damaged….and they are not actually bomb proof !! However at around two in the morning it’s better not to get too agitated and be on our way. So I gently asked the woman where I can find the vehicle. With a flurry she pointed at the exit door. That was a really such big help !! I got outside, found the Mrs and said it’s in Bay GH 33. So off we trundled with 4 pieces of luggage into the night. After a good stroll in the ice cold air without warm clothing on we located the car and made a rapid exit never, ever to return there again. On the way out I couldn’t find the expected refund booth I imagined would now be available for all the hassle, however there was a sign over the front gate that said; “Happy to take your money. Sorry for the inconvenience , Last driver out shut the gate. We value your custom. Thank you for not assaulting our considerate staff….”
0 star experience left me flat
Dropped the car off in the silver zone then waited 45 minutes for the bus that is supposed to run every 15mins.
Returned 2 weeks later to a car with a flat tyre due to an embedded screw.
Bristol Airport denying all responsibility despite providing me with images of a fully inflated tyre on arrival and having moved the car with an inflated tyre on the day of arrival, they are claiming the gravel in the car park whilst moving it a few yards had nudged an already embedded screw that the 2 hour drive to the airport had not touched and had not been picked up by the cars on-board tyre pressure monitor.
I would recommend you treat yourself, spend the extra £46, skip the 1 hour transfer time at drop off and 2 hours changing and replacing the tyre and enjoy the convenience of leave your car on the double yellows outside the terminal - according to council website the cost for recovering your vehicle after 13 days = £286 vs Silver Zone Parking = £244 (with cost of new tyre and associated costs)

DO NOT USE
Criminal damage to vehicle - Silver Zone
Our car had a large crack on the windscreen that wasn’t there before which we noticed while driving out. Airport are refusing to pay out as we didn’t report before leaving. I refuse to believe that they don’t have exit cameras in their site to check this. They do not have any empathy with families that are travelling with young children that just need to get home after a long day. Reading other reviews on here I wish we hadn’t used them. DO NOT USE.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Returned last night to find an extra 122 miles on my van. Thurd of tank fuel gone and millage counter reset.
