£55, 20 cans ordered, nothing received.

I have to admit I love the lager , it's ridiculously expensive but I can afford it and would buy loads , and here comes the "but" .
BUT ... Delivery and customer service is an absolute joke , why market the product so hard when you don't actually have any ?
You just leave customers p*ssed off and let down and very unlikely to repeat order .
I've spent £55 on 20 cans nearly 2 weeks ago and so far received absolutely nothing, apart from excuses .
Ironically the same excuses that were being used as an "excuse" way back in August when they apparently ran out of beer .
Bad business strategy.
Update .....
Still no delivery date, so I have cancelled the order .
But wait ...10 days to receive the refund .
Honestly you can't make this shit up .
2 weeks to receive absolutely nothing, then 10 days to receive the money I paid out to not get anything.
Seriously I would avoid these cowboys .
No beer is worth this amount of hassle.

A special kind of incompetent

We used millers in St Austell when my late mothers house had to be let out due to her ill health and to cover some of the costs of her care .
She has sadly since passed away .
We had always assumed they were complete inept imbeciles ,simple things like emails , replying to phone calls , getting things done were simply beyond them .
So you can imagine our anger and disbelief when I called them today to ask about the current tennant, only to find they have not had contact or received any payment since September.
We hadn't received any correspondence notifying us of this .
We don't know if our property is empty, or if the tenant is still there, or even if we still have a property.
To top it off we paid for the"extra level of management"
Right now I don't know wether to laugh or cry at the sheer incompetence of it all .
My advice would be, do not trust them to let or sell a Wendy house let alone your property, your inheritance and life's savings as they just don't care .
This will not be the last time you hear from me Millers .

Review of Jubilee Scents

Constant spamming

I ordered from jubilee scent some time ago and my order was fulfilled without issue.
As for the scents , well they were bang average almost verging on rubbish hence they did not get any repeat business.
The reason however for this review is that since the day I placed my order I receive almost daily emails despite going through the unsubscribe process multiple times.
So Jubilee scents not only is your product crap but you persist in spamming me with emails on a daily basis.
So please do one and leave me alone.

Had you done so, we could not only have checked for technical issues with the system, but also manually removed your information. Not for me

Delivery was spot on , no issues with that.
Food well packed and actually tasty.
My gripe is the portion size is very small, even in comparison to a regular "ready meal".
For example a similar high protein meal from Aldi is cheaper and weighs in at 380 grams per meal as apposed to the tiny 309 grams in Prepped Potts .
I gave it a go and it's not for me .
I have also tried the My Protein meals from Iceland and these are far superior but they have draw backs too in the fact that they are frozen and required a fair bit of room in the freezer.
Then there is the packaging to get rid of .
A fair sized box with loads of plastic ice packs .Not sure if they are recycled or not but over all its not worth the money and I don't like being signed up to a subscription service either.

Great news, our ice gel packs are reusable! The gel inside them is also food grade so they can be safely drained; you just need to empty it out then add salt and hot water to disintegrate the gel before putting down the sink.

Wild west parking

The process of turning up and collecting your ticket to driving out on our return is easy and simple ,
It's far harder to actually find a space in what is essentially a gravel car park .
Cars jammed in all over the place , dust everywhere and for the price they charge it's daylight robbery.
I half expected to find my doors dinged or wing damaged.
They good points are you keep your keys and it's relatively close to the airport.
I expected an actual car park with designated parking bays instead it a free for all .

Expectations exceeded

Absolutely fantastic service from start of the booking until we reclaimed our luggage at Bristol.
There was a Jet2 rep along the way.
First time I've booked a package holiday for over 20 years as we have done DIY holidays to Florida.
However circumstances this meant we had to go cheaper and Jet2 were the answer.
Booking was done on my phone through the app and it was so easy to add and change things.
Check in .
I was continually updated, it couldn't have been easier.
Flights on time , reps everywhere, twilight check was fantastic, used to enjoy this with Virgin Atlantic.
Jet2 exceeded our expectations on every level.
If I ever book another package it will be with Jet2 .
My only complaint is they don't fly to Orlando.

First order arrived today

First order arrived today , paid for next day delivery and that's exactly what I received.
Egg whites fantastic, low cal ketchup excellent, not yet tried the protein powder but so far very happy with my experience.
Will definitely use again .

Clever scammers

First of all , if it seems to good to be true in the case of Legacy Wills it most definitely is .
Wills for just £29.99. Wow seems fantastic.
Ask yourself self one question.
How do they make any money..?
Simple answer is the up sell.
Playing on your fears , you need a trust , you need this or that .
And all that costs way more than the originally quoted price of £29.99
Of course you can't take time to think about it or research it because it needs to be written into the will right there during the consultation.

Our £29.99 jumped to just short of £800.
And just so Legacy Wills can't dispute this review, (despite an extensive search of their data base)
My consultation was with Zac Jallands on 07/10/22 at 14.30 .
Of course Legacy Wills dispute all the negative reviews by claiming they don't have any records of the consultation, and then they get removed by trust pilot.
This keeping the fantastic glowing trust pilot rating.

Don't fall for it , it's fake .
Go visit a local solicitor and get you will done there .

So quick update, literally as soon as this review went live I was contacted by Legacy Wills, asking for more for more information
I duly obliged.
If they had actually taken the time to read the review, all the information was present.
What's also concerning is how quickly someone contacts you when you post a negative review.
Same can't be said for my refund.
Now nearly 2 weeks and nothing.

Constant notifications from the app

Constant notifications from the app , very annoying.
Slow delivery.why does it take so long ?
Some nice exclusive gear but otherwise not really worth using.
If your a real fan of a band you can source better and more unique merch else where .

*Update* returning an item seems to be a right ball ache, as others have said .
I don't have a printer so why don't you just put a return label in with every order?
Scanned the code and took to the post office who said they couldn't do anything.
Honestly what a shambles.
In the end I threw a brand new t shirt away and deleted the app .
Sorry EMP I am done with you .

Something went wrong

Download app and was approved quickly , however while signing in with passwords ect something went wrong ,
There after each time I tried to sign in entering the correct information the app came back with "something went wrong".
After a number of attempts I gave up and deleted the app .
I don't need the credit I was just interested in have a form of payment on my phone as a back to my cards .

You can't ever speak to them .

We were so pleased to get out fast Internet speeds, Generally is works pretty well .
But if like me your a gamer, forget it. Its awful.
I just want to speak to an actual human being. Every time you ring you get the "we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls" recorded message.
All I want is my log details for our router.is that too much to ask? We have never been given these.
I am pretty sure if cancel my direct debit I would get to speak to someone.
Thankfully I kept my slow but reliable BT broadband, I can speak to some one very quickly .Airband on the otherchand is a joke.

This all starts with a cold call.....

This all starts with a cold call while at work , "Hi your phone is due an upgrade have you got time now?"
After the hard sell of this months must get rid of phone , I told the caller that I did not want to spend any more a month than the £30 I was already paying .
We agreed a phone a plan and a price . Great or so I thought.
I eagerly took the next day off and waited for my phone to arrive . And nothing , no email from DPD or text, So I gave it another day and yep nothing again.
I called to find out where my order was .
Apparently when they processed my order there was a £30 upgrade fee to pay , but no one bothered to contact me to advise me of this , no email or text .
I checked my account to find I was indeed eligible for a FREE upgrade.
I decided to cancel the order and the chap on the other end duly obliged , except he didn't because later that day i received an email saying my provider had waived the £30 fee and the order had been dispatched (still no confirmation of this ).
So phonehouse which is it ? a £30 fee to pay so no phone or no fee and an order fulfilled? I am at a loss here.
To top it all the deal I was sold during the cold call for £29 a month is only £16.50 on their website for the same package same phone everything.
Not only am I left not knowing if the phone is coming or not , but also feeling ripped off . Shambolic dont even come close .

HAD no issues what so ever using this…

HAD no issues what so ever using this app. It's was brilliant in every way.
But after seeing watchdog I can't take the risk of having my money frozen for no reason .
So for now I have moved all funds back to my Natwest account.
Sort it out Monzo and I will return .
