Caroline a real stalwart in her dealings with Virgin, nothing too much trouble. Both Aisha and Karen always available and willing to answer any questions. No drop in service after broker fee paid, would thoroughly recommend Simply to anyone

Pros: Kiosk check-in quite straightforward, no problem parking, no real wait for shuttle
Cons: Wait for bus back to Silver Zone on arrival in UK. We waited 35 minutes - should be 15 minutes. Bus eventually arrived late, but driver still thought it appropriate to have a nice chat with the guy manning the barrier, all in plain view of a huge queue of tired travellers. Driver was surly when challenged. Time roughly 430pm, date 14/6/2023

Bini is a very positive and engaging teacher, with a passion for Indian food that's hard to resist! The dosas we made were the best I've ever eaten in the UK, and reminded me of the ones we ate in India (and I got through a few), very impressive. Thoroughly recommend

Over 2 weeks from ordering to delivery notification. Nothing in between, so unsure what was happening. Kit OK, but be aware that if you try to reuse existing leads it might not work, so use new leads supplied

Ordered and returned a relatively expensive item. No dramas, easy to do and refund actioned within the time limit

Paid for next day delivery. Order eventually arrived 4 days late. Not impressed.
