Paid for full insurance with youdospain, got to airport and had to pay Another £124 with the actual company that " youdospain" brokered me to (OK Mobility). Several people were in the same situation as me, I was unable to hire car without extra car insurance this was around midnight in Palma airport, over an hours drive to villa, I took full A4 copies of my insurance with youdospain and this made no difference to OK Mobility. I would say every person in the Que was told the same information as i spoke to many of them, Some of the people in the que did not have enough money to purchase extra insurance and failed to hire car. As long as you know its going to cost just over twice as much for car hire you will be happy as car was very nice and when we returned car as long as they saw that i had taken extra insurance they did not look at car at all.
