Money grabbing
Booked a last-minute holiday, and I had to book parking. The silver zoon was £127, as I was going to pay it shot up to £197 for the long stay car park only, maybe the silver zoon was now full. I tried again it kept coming up to £197, I had to book anyway, but to my surprise, it then rose to £217. Really Pxxx off.

I am trying to issue a winter sport…
I am trying to issue a winter sport claim and I am getting nowhere. I have phoned the number 03337720346 and put through to a recording which is not audible. I got through to customer services who transferred me to the claims department which was back to the recording. No one in my family can hear what the recording is saying. Is this a ploy?

From the options given you should choose Option 1, 2, 3 then 1 - this should direct you to the correct department to lodge the claim. Lotimena, Ordered 8 tops from Lotimena
Ordered 8 tops from Lotimena, looked great on the models, took six weeks to arrive, didn't know they were from CHINA. Poor quality, sizing was all over the place, only one top fitted. Better quality from Primark even though they could be made in Asia somewhere. After spending £85 I was offered as a good will gesture £12 refund. Will be taking the tops to a charity shop at least some good will come out of it.
