Will never deal with this company…
Will never deal with this company again. I've been lied to every time with the Swansea branch. Booked MOT last year and this year, and when I've gone to the garage, the lies begin. They are full and tried ringing. I've never had a missed call or a voice mail left. Absolutely disgusting service and the attitude from reception makes it even worse.
Mechanic 'yes' but receptionist 'no'!

The experience of buying the car was excellent the Sales Guy STEVEN JOHN was a STAND OUT PERSON He was very knowledgeable about the Product, was very courteous, went out of his way on customer satisfaction and did everything he could to make sure we were happy

Poor service
(Kidwelly Branch)
We found a car on Cazoo that was being sold via this dealership, we are from Scotland and this branch is in Wales. We got the car delivered via a transporter arranged by them. We were in communications with Steven, who prior to the transaction couldn’t be anymore helpful. We asked for photos of the car as we were buying it from afar and those photos were well received, expecting a pretty clean car for a car of its age (5 years), or so we thought. Once the car arrived up to us, ourselves and even the delivery driver, noticed the scuffs on alloys and one of the rear lights also had deep (not surface level) scratches. We weren’t informed of any of this, nor did we receive photos. I brought this to the attention of the dealership who in our opinion really could not care less. Once they had received the money for the car, they wipe their hands clean of you and it’s a rarity you even get a response. Sold as seen, in this instance, was through photos and we felt as though we were lied to about the condition of the car.
Poor service after sale, would not buy from them if you’re choosing from an online site.
My wife was sold a car with a faulty…
My wife was sold a car (Kidwelly) with a faulty thermostat that resulted in the radiator fan staying on constantly and the engine overheating. We returned the car and were told it was a leak in the air con and that it had now been fixed. After collection the same issues were present. We took it to another Renault dealership who diagnosed the fault immediately and replaced the thermostat. Car now working great but we are £500 worse off. We are still waiting for Gravells customer service to reply to all my communications!!! Finally replied but have (service manager Chris) made all sorts of excuses and will not take responsibility as the warranty has expired. Should never have sold a faulty car for over 10k in the first instance. If you have issues, they have a poor customer service! Never buy a second hand car from them!
Warranty Issue
In November my car was in for a warranty issue which was fixed.

Lauren even drove me home whilst my car was being fixed .

Good People & Very Good Cars!
After a terrible refused car episode with another dealership & auto maker, I went to Gravells in January 2024 for a replacement EV with the things I needed as a disabled woman. They more than met my requirements, and saved me money! I've driven the car for a year, and have been VERY happy with it. It took a while for some ordered lighting to finally be installed, but as we live quite a ways from the dealership, that wasn't entirely their fault. That has now been sorted. They are honest, cheerful, and a pleasure to work with. Go visit them to purchase a good car.
Abergavenny branch - fabulous!

Would 100% recommend her as a sales person. In addition the after sales team (especially Andy and Cath) were wonderful when I needed a post sale issue rectified. All in all exactly how I would hope companies like this treat their customers and will totally recommend to my friends and family

Professional Dealership
I recently became the proud owner of my lovely brand new Renault Symbioz in a beautiful metallic red.
I was professionally looked after by the lovely Mr Emyr Bowen of Gravells Renault Kidwelly.
This is the fourth occasion I've dealt with Emyr and each time he has been extremely helpful and thoughtful.
I would certainly recommend Emyr, but the whole team know exactly what they are dealing with. If there's something they aren't sure about, they make the effort to find out.
Whenever I've needed to visit the dealership, whoever it is I speak to at the time have been extremely courteous.
The same applies to whoever answers the 'phone.
Emyr's handover of my Symbioz was extremely helpful and I know if there's anything I am unsure about I can call to see him.
Being a widow I have never felt that I'm being sold any old thing since day one, which is extremely comforting.
I would once again like to thank Emyr for his help and patience with me.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a Used or Brand New Renault, Kia etc.

Picked up our new Kia Sportage last Monday and was thrilled. The customer care we've had from James has been
exceptional and he made the whole experience seamless. He even sorted out the transter of my number plate from my old car to the new one. We were not rushed at all throuah the process and and were so well look after. He went through everything about the vehicle to make sure it met our needs. When we picked it up, he went through all the paperwork; we signed for our new car and then he iumned in to ao for a ride with us. until my husband was comfortable behind the wheel of a new vehicle and understood all
the new controls. I would highly recommend Gravells. This is the 4th car I've had from them and will remain a loyal

Booked in for first MOT Kidwelly
Booked in for first MOT. The car was failed for the rear brakes and the windscreen washer wasn’t working (even though the car had less than 17k on the clock). Collected the car a week later, over £400 for the brakes under the maintenance agreement and on the way home discovered that the windscreen washer still wasn’t working. Front near side wheel has been rimmed.
