This company completely scammed us.
I booked 7 days meet and greet at Bristol airport this morning for 4am for my mother and children who had a flight at 0635.
When they arrived, the phone number was not in use, no one there to greet them. They were told by another meet and greet company that this happens regularly. My son had to pay £100 to park the car on site and wait for a shuttle bus and they made the flight by the skin if their teeth!
Scammers!!!

You call the number given and the response is ‘Yes’ no introduction, no company name given, absolutely nothing! If my flight wasn’t an emergency I would have paid triple to just park in Bristol airport official parking!
I had a tracker on my car, when I downloaded the last left location they had parked my vehicle in a side street!!!! And not a private safe guarded car park as they state PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS, NOT AN OFFICIAL SAFE COMPANY TO USE! VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with - shocking service as described by others ( we were in a group and a friend had booked). They took over 30 minutes to come and collect the car - so it is not meet and greet - more like part in short stay at your own cost till the guys arrive to collect you then pay the car park fee to let them out. They park your car on a field it gets filthy. Then on arrival back they lie to you about how long it will take to bring it back - we waited 1 hour in the car park for the car to be brought back - so not the point of meet and greet. They were so late bringing it and after chase phone calls they decided to drive the car so hard from the farm 20 minutes away that it smelt of burning. Add the lovely muddy footprints inside led to one of the worst experiences I have ever been subject to. Company know as BMG enterprise ltd.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Although we paid £99 for this company's service, at the last minute we decided to not use them. I booked them via cheapairportparking and the reviews looked good. However, when we were half an hour from checking into Bristol airport, I rang them to ask if we could park earlier, and got an automaton-like response of "Yes" to this, and then a "Yes" to every question I asked afterwards, even though I wanted more information. The person sounded Indian and like he couldn't be bothered to try to understand me or give us any information.
My husband then looked up the Trust Pilot reviews and we became seriously worried. Thankfully we rang MCParking and got fantastic service, even though it was very last minute.
Bristol Meet & Green never rang us to ask where we were, nor did they email us. I was told that they have a pattern of winding down the business and then re-opening in a slightly different name when the bad reviews get too much.
We paid twice, but I'm glad I never left my car with these people. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.

Made a mistake while booking and emailed the company to let them know within the time period stated online. Also told the man picking the car up about the change and said we had emailed to change with no reply which he stated was fine.. when dropping car off they dont answer youre waiting and waiting for them to answer, they are pretty rude when talking to them. waited an hour for the car to be returned after being told it would be 30 mins.. to then have the man refuse giving us the key because we checked out early and arguing with us in the car park about company policy which stated on their website changes to be sorted a week before we told them 8 days before even after showing the guy the email he was rude and refused saying company policy, he made us then get up the website to show him their own company policy which he clearly had no clue of. You pay for the parking with them and also have to pay £6 to enter the short stay car park to drop car off and £6 to leave because they use the car park for drop offa. Wouldn't recommend this company at all total rubbish and rude

Shocking service, waited a further 40mins after the 30 mins we were told during the initial phone call to drop the car off and over an hour and a half for our car to be returned, complained to the shower of **** that run this car crash, they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a reply. Don’t use!!!!!

Please Please DO NOT use this service. Pay the extra money and park in the main airport parking. Contacted the number provided to drop the car off and there was no answer. After several attempts, someone finally answered, but a woman with little to no English.
Eventually managed to get the drop-off details from the woman. On arrival, I had to pay £6 to drive through the car park and the same on pick up.
When picking the car up I found the Front alloy had been damaged and curbed all around. The car interior was full of mud. They do not take care of your car.
Very Very disappointed in the service that's been provided and frankly, they should not be trading.
Car driven into fence with no compensation
As a service which promised convenience at a high standard at a price of £160, I did not expect to return to be told that my car had driven my car into a fence when being parked. The airport parking insurance company were able to pay me the cost for the damage based on a quote. However, I have contacted Bristol Airport 3 times asking whether there will be compensation for the £160 paid for a “convenient” service (far from it between the damage and making arrangements myself with the insurance company), they have failed to reply. I would not recommend the Meet and Greet service.
Appallingly unprofessional
Appallingly unprofessional. On our return, a very rude, and aggressive man informed us the 'battery has run out' so we'll have to go to where the car is stored and call the AA. We deliberately charged the car just before arriving at the airport so that we wouldn't have to deal with the hassle on our return, so I disputed that this could have happened. He refused to allow me to speak with a manager, told me it's not their problem because our car is electric, and became aggressive when I said this was not acceptable.
When we arrived at the parking compound, it was a potholed farm yard. Multiple drivers were using customer's cars to run errands. We saw 4 cars become grounded in the potholes, and one car scraped on a gatepost. The car next to ours also had a completely flat tyre. We then had to deal with 3 more men, who spoke little English, one of whom we were told was the manager, which he then denied, and said the other man was the manager. We waited 4 hours for the AA. Never again. It is a scam.
Partner had to run to the gate
Partner had to run to the gate, almost missed the flight. They don’t turn up when they say they will. Half an hour late makes all the difference when trying to catch a flight.
I can’t believe trading standards haven’t already shut this shambles of a company down.
Car had an extra 50 miles on the clock & fuel was astonishingly low.
If only we had put our tracker on it.

My mother in law left her new car with them. At 76 she had to wait nearly an hour for the car to be returned. She found mud everywhere, tobacco and a wrap of drugs on the back footwear. No response to complaints. Absolute scam. Avoid.

Dreadful so called service. We called the company to let them know we were on our way and were 45 mins from Bristol short stay car park. We waited 15 minutes for someone to eventually come. Pd the £6 car park charge and had to walk to the other end of bristol airport with my luggage and wife who is in a wheelchair. On return we were caught up in the IT outage. Our flight was cancelled. We tried contacting the parking company but they just dont answer the phone. So 4 days late we phoned them from Gatwick advising them we would be arriving at Bristol airport in around 3 hrs. We were told that the cost of the extra 4 days was £20 but later when they finally answered the phone it had changed to £80. Which they wanted by bank transfer. We waiting 15 mins for the driver to bring our car. Pd the xtra £80 plus £6 short stay parking charge and went on our way. Horrendous experience. Never again. The lady i spoke too was impossible to understand. The company is a joke

No one was there when we arrived gave them 40 mins notice like advised… You drop off no where near the terminal it was raining & we had a 7 min walk & was soaked. Had to pay £6 for a 2 min drop off
On return took ages to get someone to answer. Called as got off the plane Waited 50 mins for our car again no one there to meet us. Paid another £6 for 1 min of loading bags into the boot (£12 for a few mins collect & drop off) RIP OFF on top of £98 paid to do a meet & greet

Never use these again, they took 10 calls for them to answer and then say we gotta wait at the airport for over an hour for the car back, when the car came back we was missing money cigarettes and cards from the car, we approached the driver who told us it was not his problem he’s just driver, only 2 of them can speak English the other needed translation
Very bad meet and greet parking
To be honest they don't deserve a star, it's a very unprofessional untrusted and full of lies company, First we called them to collect our car and the lady who unsweared spoke little English and had a bad attitude. we tried to follow her instructions and it was a nightmare as we couldn't understand what she was saying. The day of collection we phoned them at 03:20 and the guy who answered the phone told us to wait for 45 minutes, without an explanation he cut of the phone. After an hour we called them again and the same guy rudely "Said will be there in 40 mins" then dropped the phone agian before we could say anything. At 6am my husband called them agin and they said the battery was off and they trying to charge the it. My husband said it can't be true because the battery on the car was new, they just dropped the phone. 30 mins later they called and said they can't open the car, my husband asked if he could come and see what's happened, they agreed and picked my husband up to the car which was 8 miles from the airport, the car was parked in a dirty farm full of mud. Our car key was completely broken and the remote wasn't working, we couldn't believe it. they all denied doing it and since they only spoke little English it was hard to hear what they were saying. They then called their manager who then gave us an email to make a complaint and they wasn't any response to that email. My husband called AA to come and open the car. all this took about 3 hours and all together we stayed there for more than 6 hours . It's a Scam!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

They have no ide you're booked n, they take your car, no idea where and when you contact them on return to collect the car, they don't answer.
We stood until 1.45am at the Short Stay exit at Bristol Airport, unable to contact anyone, when we eventually did get hold of them they had no idea where our car was, or if they'd ever had it. Got fobbed off, ignored and finally the car arrived at the location after a 2 hour wait. We honestly thought it had been stolen and were about to call the police.
Others stood with us in the cold, in the same situation.

Cancelled my airport parking 4 weeks before I’m sure to go on holiday with zero explanation, still awaiting a refund after 12 working days after they stated it would be 7-10 days . Booked through just park me who are just as useless, avoid like the plague

Apart from £6 drop off charge and £6 on collection which is not explained when booking, Company totally unprofessional. My holiday had to be extended by 9 days due to my wife being hospitalised in Portugal with broken Hip, had to pay extra £180 in cash (£20) daily charge on collection. Can't get receipt or invoice for the money paid, have rang emailed what'sapp text, email address i was given does'nt exist.Staff Unable to understand English language, difficult to communicate AVOID AT ALL COSTS
