Worse customer service ever 123 reg just sent me a renew link deal and it completely screwed up my email I can send but can’t receive. The help I am getting is useless, it’s been 3 days of waisted time, I am in the middle sometimes huge for my company and it’s caused so many issues

what a rubbish web site. I pick some bits online it says john at top of page as if i am logged in, then when i go to buy i have to lot in and don't recognise my email or password and i have to go via email to put new password in every single time i end up not bothering every single time, i have 2 passwords for everything so this boots you are not for me any more

so i spend 3 months trying to get compensation from a bike bag being lost and damaged it cost me around £800 in lost holiday and damage bike back i end up getting £150 so i have since lost all emails Due to a failed computer, so i went on to my easyjet web page to use the voucher and its not there and i now have to some how get them all the details of a holiday nearly a year ago what i am not willing to do it should be in my vouchers

so again 4 parcels chucked over gate 3 was not for this address, no buzzer to say they have been left here. not in the safe place, i have even put a sign up direction to out large post box but no just chucked over gate in the middle of road and when the next person arrived at my house the gate will open and squash them all. then there will be even more claims.
just had my delivery. I am leaving a 1 star as again 4 packages have been chucked over the gate and 3 of them are not even for this address. the gates are 200 meters from house and if someone used the gates the packages get damaged and they are not even ours. i have a sign up saying there is a post box just 5 meters to the right. the are so bad have already had to claim for 2 lost packages as they did not even use to check over the gate just left in street

one of the worse experiences ever, had a accident and need to get home as had broken bones, Amended to details seemed to all go through send money and then hours later was told i could not change no reason why, i tried to book a new ticket and it was easy ? so it was not because it was full, end up after 10 messages with no reply booking with P&O what was so easy and £40 less than i paid with this company

so most the time i find package chucked over gate damaged by the gate when it opens the courier does not even try to actualy deliver them. we have intercom and a sign saying to use pedestrian entrance and a arrow. i have complained to evri and now the courier is not even putting over gate he leaves not only package for me but all package for the road i live in outside my gates in the street, my gates are 300 meters from my house and have no idea they have been delivered and recently have had 2 packages lost and evri just say contact the person i bought them from. the courier is so bad by miles from any other.
i have used them for years but since covid they have gone down hill and there price is more then double, i used meet and greet in heathrow recently drove right up to the 5 th floor of airport and walked to checking, for just a small amount more for there service and price its way over priced.
i just ordered 2 sets of wheels from chainreaction i bought 2 sets as wanted to make up a mullet set and use the others as spares for other bikes
1 set turned up and even thought the 27.5b was still on stock for a week after buying i did not get the second set and they said it was system error and told me today i would be getting them ASAP they just refunded a few hours later
also the 29 set dont fit they are 110 but the disc dont line up without a 2 mm washer behind the disc ?
1 last think the courier chucked the small item over my gates what jamed the gates so they did not open all the way when i came home at night did not notice the gates was fully open and hit my car on the gates doing £640 of damage to car
to say the least this has been a bad experience

being with haart has been such a bad experience, they have done nothing i would go as far as to say scammers, when i signed up Nabil said the people they was putting in my house was friends of some one at haart, now i am coming up to nearly £3000 in to arrears, and last month they falsed me to spend £1500 on repairs and still there is more to do. haart hand had no answers its all been sorry but not our fault, the tenant is using all the tricks not to leave the house and at same time not pay and haart dont even reply to me much anymore. i did not take out protected rent as nabil said 99% of the time its not needed now days and as all these checks has been done he said there should be no need. funny how he would not put that in writing, I dont have a job and rely on the rent for money, i am £5000 down and no way to get legal help to get the tenants out,
