The waiting queue outside the airport…

The waiting queue outside the airport is absolutely ridiculous, we had to wait for 3 buses before we could finally get on.
I don’t understand why it’s always such a massive wait when they know exactly when everyone is arriving as you have to state it on booking.
Surely just supply extra buses at busy times.

Allowing it is condoning it.

Well what an attitude on the staff when I collected my keys at 01:15. I politely showed my green piece of paper and stated by surname and car registration number. To which the lady (I use that term losely) said "UH !" to which I politely repeated the information. Her reply "What's all that for !,Why are you giving that stuff, I got a gun" (whilst she looked at me like I had a cactus growing out of my head). On returning my key it was lobbed onto the counter, not placed to me and the a rather snappy statement on where my car was parked. I thanked her and walked off, on briefly turning around she's pulling a face to a younger colleague. I'm pretty sure there are signs stating they will not tolerate attitude from us, maybe they need another stating politeness by themselves.

Easy to use and pretty convenient

Easy to use and pretty convenient, however there was a scratch found on my car after I returned home but I cant confirm if it was done by them or me on another occasion.

They have signs advising you to take a note of the parking bay number you use. I gave them my spare key and on return we went straight to the same number bay to find my car wasn't there. Only to go back to collect my key and they tell me that the car is moved from the car park to another one that is more secure. I have no idea why you need to make note of the parking bay number. As we were walking through to our car I noticed another car that had its window wide open so we alerted staff.
I know these companies have been known to use cars whilst people are on holiday. I'm not sure I will use them again but it suited our plans on this occasion.

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking service.Do not use this service. Attitude of staff is poor to say the least. At fault for misplacing car keys ...45 minute wait whilst initially 3 members of staff were randomly searching numerous boxes for said car keys .One staff member walked off to serve someone else ..2nd staff member rudely answered back ..saying all car keys look the same whilst shaking his head ..Really...its got the car logo on it and to answer your question does the key have any identification on it..No .you told us to remove it all before we left!..Will never use this so called Service again...booked the long stay car park for next time..yes it costs more ..but I get to park the car myself and keep the keys.!

AVOID or Check for damage BEFORE Leaving.

Parked in Silver collected at 3am. Walked round the car to inspect for damage but due to poor lighting didn't spot some scratches. Usual response should have told us before you left. Response clear that Bristol Airport deliberately trying to avoid any claims.

drove to Bristol Airport to pick up our Son and his Girlfriend after theyve been to scotland. We had to stop at the Zebra Crossing to let people cross. Then a couple of weeks later, we got a letter in the post saying we are getting fined for parking. I was puzzled as I new we never parked. Then I turned the letter we got in the post with this parking fine and it showed photos of our car actually stopped at the zebra crossing and it shows people crossing in front of our car. So, was I supposed to run the people over or what. What an absolute mickey mouse company. So, we have refused to pay and are taking the car park company to court to refuse the fine and counter claim and suing them for wasting our time and stressing us out.

Avoid this overpriced facility

Left our car for a week with Bristol Airport (Silver Zone). Returned to find the radio had been changed, the volume blaring and a horrible smell in the car. It was dark so couldn't see anything else wrong. The following morning we found mould covering the seats and the passenger footwell soaked - the airport staff clearly left windows open after their jolly ride! Have complained but airport saying we should have complained before we left the site which is not reasonable! Avoid using this overpriced facility!

Used the Multi Storey car park

Used the Multi Storey car park, on trying to get out it didn't work again. It seems to not work everytime and it takes ages for someone to respond. They can never find your booking by the Car Registration number so if you use this car park make sure you have printed off or have the booking reference to hand when you go to exit. Everything about the airport is poor especially the £5 to drop someone off. The council should do something about it, its a disgrace.

AVOID at all cost

Avoid at all cost, it’s not a reliable company. Had a booking for a week in the end of the June, and one day before my flight got sick and went to hospital, I couldn’t try to cancel or contact them, so two days later try to contact and get a voucher to use in the future and they don’t do that. I’m completely disappointed with their customer service, I’ll try to avoid to book with them, better of to go by uber and have a piece in mind.

Utterly disgusting!!

Utterly disgusting!!! Extremely over priced and that would be a for a good experience. No pre warning yet the car park is donkeys away, you MUST leave in your key?!?!? For the money this offers zero value for money and is an awful experience. The staff were nice but I pity them as much as anyone fooled into using this joke like scam. If there is any karma in the world the profiteering scum that own this will suffer badly one day.

An example of everything wrong with the world. Will avoid flying from Bristol in future at all costs

The back end service is appalling

The back end service is appalling, the team moved my car the day of of return from holiday at 8am in the morning and crashed the car, as the car notified me of the impact whilst still abroad. I called for 2hrs to get through to someone, with no luck as after 20mins then drop the call.

I raised a case whilst still away, and was advised i would hear within 14 days, 30 days later and still nothing back.

On return i completed a incident report with a member of staff, and still nothing through from completing that.

The service would have been great, the staff members when dropping the car, the system for checking in great, and bus drivers where great - just let down my the staff moving my car and the back office. No way to raise a compliant regarding parking.

Very bad experience…

Chaotic system of checking keys in which is not fit for purpose. Bus was over crowded and essentially unsafe. Return, again the bus was overcrowded and unsafe. Long wait to collect keys as insufficient staff. Fortunately there was no damage to the car but all the preset electronics viz radio, air-conditioning, bluetooth, onboard computer, had been interfered with and needed to be reset. Bad, bad service.

Avoid, pay the extra for the long stay

The most over engineered experience for a car park. Arrived at 4am and parked fine (after being blinded by the car scanner on the way in). You then have to check your car in and give them your key. There was huge queues to do this which delayed us. There were few buses and therefore when the bus did come it was absolutely rammed. Upon return , again huge queue for a rammed bus, to then stand a queue for 20 minutes to be given your own car key back. Oh and they’ve moved it, much further away from the check out desk. Absolutely pointless over engineering of a car park.

Used the silver parking while away on holiday, got home and unloaded the car to find my rear bumper had been hit whist in the car park. I contact the parking customer service to be told that I should have noticed the damage while I was still on site, and that they will take no responsibility for the damage even though the car was resprayed the week before dropping it off.

I will not be using Bristol Airport again let alone their carpark services.

Trying to book the short stay carpark…

Trying to book the short stay carpark for an hour or so to go greet my daughter upon arrival is without doubt the hardest thing I have ever attempted to pay for. Up there with the level of service and the simplicity that the DV LA provide. My only option available to book is £81.99 for an hours parking. No one answers any phones there, ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC.
