Appalling

Had to pay extra in resort for the all Inclusive that we had already paid for. Fully intend to get this back through the small claims court. The best thing this company can do is wind it up. Never ever again would I use these bunch of clowns

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry to hear your experience with us has been disappointing.

Having checked your booking, I can see you have been dealing with our In-Resort team whilst on holiday and can assure you that you were only charged for your original board basis - a message was sent to you on the 30th January 2024 via your account to explain that the supplier was unable to proceed with changing this and you would need to request this on arrival therefore you did not incur any additional costs on your booking.

I am sorry for any confusion and inconvenience caused.

Great

Easy to order and shoes that are comfortable and fit. I must have 40 pairs of pavers shoes, sandles and boots and they never cease to amaze me.

Absolute rubbish company. Having booked All Inclus, the confirmation came back with Bed and Breakfast. I am still battling this company. All this stress and we haven't even left the country yet.

I am still waiting for someone to answer my call following a very important mistake that they have put on my confirmation. It is now 37 minutes that I have been waiting.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. First problem was trying to find a mobility space Eventually I did but took time. At other airports you can pre book a mobility space. On my return. I was unable to get out of the barrier as it was telling me my ticket had run out. Fortunately, I had my confirmation with me so on the 3rd attempt, they did raise the barrier. The parking is far too far away from the terminal for disabled people. Never again

Managerless

So having spent the last 8 months attempting to get this awful company to sort out a claim, I am no further forward. Claim handlers cannot read engineers reports, instead they choose the easy way out so they can make money from you. In desperation I called Churchill a few days ago and asked to speak to a manager. This was refused on the grounds that Managers do not know the job of a claims handler. REALLY!!!!. Aparently they only manage people. When I asked for a name of one, that too was refused as they don't have to give that information according to them. I thought it was the law. So beware, whatever numpty you get as your claim handler, that is what you are stuck with. I will take the matter further and in the mean time, I have cancelled my home and contents policy and will be cancelling my car too when it is up for renewal.

So if you write a bad review of…FRAUDELENT

So if you write a bad review of Chuchill Insurance, they will add an addition asking you to get in touch. Presumably to let other viewers think that they care. Well NO they don't. They just refer it back to the bafoon that was dealing with it in the first case. When I sent the evidence back to review the evidence, what did I get, COMPLETE SILENCE. I have sent another email asking if they are ignoring me and all I get is silence. So CHURCHILL this is war. I have already dropped my home insurance. I will go on and on until this company listen to me and my witness. Just watch out. They are in it to make money out of you. BEWARE

Rubbish and even more rubbish…

A neighbour hit my rear N/d door when she backed out of her drive. I had already backed out of mine and was stationary. Another neighbour was a witness but because the 3rd party insurers won't accept her as a witness, I am losing a good portion of my no claims. Chuchill have settled on a 50/50 basis. I have asked over and over why my witness is not being listened to And all they say is she is known to me. Actually the lady is known by us both. Thats what happens in neighbourhoods. Over a week ago, I demanded a copy of the engineers report (I do not believe one has been done) and I am still waiting. Well churchill, today you sent me renewal forms for my home and contents insurance but unless you sort this out immediately, you can whistle for my custom.

It's bad enought that the postage is…

It's bad enought that the postage is excessive but to pay for returns as well is bad. The quality of the goods were very bad but I still have to pay £2.95 to return them. And to top it all, I am now told that it takes 3 weeks for the items to arrive back with them. Adsolutely appalling. May I suggest, you CHANGE your courier and get your act together. I will never order from this company again.

Never ever again will I purchase from…

Never ever again will I purchase from this company online. Returned the parcel on 30th December. I have chased and chased for my refund. I decided to phone today. Waited 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone only to hear a load of kids in the backgound. He had to put me on hold to get rid of them. He is processing this refund and I still have to wait another 5 days. As if we haven't got enough problems.

It has just taken nearly 6 months to receive the promised mugs and that was only after I complained to the Advertising Standards Agency and a formal complaint to the company. I would never buy anything from people who ignore your calls and take you for a fool.
