Great app and training course

Very easy to join and down load the app and information at a fair price. We have only been doing the training for a few days but we can notice a difference. A long way to go but hopefully the progress will continue 😊

Embarrassing

I have been using Revolut since moving to Spain three months ago and it has been very useful until today indeed getting regular emails saying what a great customer I am and getting special offers. I put down a €1000 deposit using them on a car yesterday to reserve it and today tried to put €14.000 on to my revolut account at the dealer to pay the balance. The deposit was declined twice. I contacted Revolut to find out why and was told to contact my bank who said they had not received the request and I had more than sufficient funds to cover the transaction. I was then told by Revolut to try removing my card in the app and reloading it which I did still no good. I was then told that by Revolut customer service the automated system puts a limit on payments in to your account to protect you. I explained that I was fully in control and I needed to have the money in my account to pay. Unfortunately the customer service team cannot override the system and it takes 180 hours to reset! I asked for a manager to intervene but no even they can’t override the automated system. It was highly embarrassing not being able to settle the account so I had to contact my bank again first direct who sorted out the payment in minutes having spent 40 minutes on live chat to Revolut getting no where I was fed up with the agent telling me she was sorry for my disappointment.i have made a formal complaint but again all I get back is we understand your disappointment! Beware the bank that says it is better than other banks is worse don’t get caught out like I did. Spain takes a poor view of people who don’t pay their bills straight away. So as youcan see I have had a reply from Revolut which suggests to contact customer service. They water useless at the time sono poin contacting them again. The company does not read or listen to you at the time you have the problem. Indeed if you look at BBC news today it shows what they are like customer service being appalling. My business has now gone elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant service worth every penny. Sarah and her colleagues were always available and friendly. Due to solar panels on my property it was extra work for them but they handled it without a problem. Highly recommended and made our move much easier.

Shambles

I put a review on here the other day on how bad their customer service is. I had a stock reply that all other people get on here saying contact us on this number etc. It’s the same number that no one answers which was my original complaint and if they do they don’t help. Even the ceo doesn’t answer his emails it is truly a shocking company .AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful customer service

Truly awful customer service the worst company I have ever dealt with. Four hours on the phone trying to cancel my service as I am moving abroad. I was repeatedly put through to retentions who could not help I was cut off three times and when eventually I talked to cancellations I could not understand the call handler as I had to continually ask her to repeat the question. The call handler was obviously reading from a script and could not answer my questions. I was then told I could not have a return jiffy bag until after the disconnection date when I will haveleft the country! After speaking to a manager I was promised one before the date I’m still waiting…. Four hours of my life wasted not worth 1 star. I have now had a reply from virgin saying it’s a shame I’m considering leaving and to phone them on the phone number that I spent four hours trying and Iso it’s truly awful customer service !!!

Do not use this rip off company

I received a promotion email for £12 off an order after being bombarded with previous emails from them as I have not used them for 3 years. I put the code in and it didn’t say it was invalid and pressed confirm order which I did. It took the full amount. I contacted customer services to be told because I used them in 2021 the promotion was invalid! They admitted it was their mistake but couldn’t refund me as the system would not allow it and a manager couldn’t offer more or a total refund. Absolute rip off company awful customer service and steal money from customers accounts

Rubbish company

I have reviewed them before and as I had to contact them again for a problem I thought I would let others know. I have filthy panels due to pigeons nesting under their panels due to other houses by me having anti pigeon netting installed.After many emails I was contacted two months ago to be told someone would contact me nothing happened. I emailed again to be told they would make it high priority nothing again. Emailed again to be told the equity firm that now own them are virtually uncontactable as they ignore emails. So Anesco don’town the panel and the people who do are not interested. My next step is to turn them off and see if anyone contacts me …

Simple but could be better

Simple booking process and reasonable value. The check in was simple with very helpful staff and collecting the vehicle was equally as good. The only problem we had was lack of busses to get us to the terminal on departure day. Our bus was rammed and myself and a fellow lady passenger had an unpleasant journey as there wasn’t a lot of room!

Poor customer service

Always used to shop at Ocado but stopped when covid was about. We could not get a slot at all due to the amount of customers they took on but couldn’t careless about their regular customers. On contacting customer services they said they could not help and were quite abrupt. I’m not surprised the company is now struggling they should look after their customers better

Appalling service

I have always stood up for Easy Jet as a great airline but no longer after an appalling experience in Alicante. Our flight at 21:35 to Bristol was delayed for 3 hours then cancelled at midnight. Then the staff arrived to give us the news and they were as useful as a chocolate tea pot. They did not have any facilities to rebook flights or get us to a hotel just stock answer of “use the app” we had to do everything ourselves to find a flight which is in two days find and pay for a hotel and taxis and to top it all we were moved out of the airport by the Gardia Civil as it was closing. The app is horrendous to use trying to find the section to claim everything back is impossible. I know jet 2 is more expensive but the service makes up for it. Unfortunately Easy Jet has no customer service support whatsoever absolutely appalling.

Awful customer service.

This company is appalling for customer service. I like many other people have been promised labels to return faulty equipment but the label never turns up . You can not get through on the phone the live chat cuts you off and it takes days for someone to respond to an email but still nothing gets done. They take your phone number but no one contacts you so you are stuck with faulty equipment unable to get it fixed. They do respond very quickly to negative reviews on Trust pilot Asking you to contact them but you can’t for the reasons above. Surely management read these reviews they need to do something.

Awful

Complete disaster. They changed their name from Hermes and it hasn’t made s as difference. Could not follow directions to the safe place and despite numerous promises of the delivery it never turned up. The company has now issued a refund. Unable to track the delivery live so I will rely on Amazon now on.
