Would like to say how helpful Ellie was re delivery date and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. Bed delivered today driver was excellent and was done in no time at all. Highly recommend this company for everything they did for a smooth transaction and delivery.

Great Service with friendly staff who knew what they were talking about. It made everything even better when the people from the shop were the people who delivered the bed. A true from start to finish experience.

We have just woken up from a very comfortable night's sleep on our new deluxe mattress topper from Mattress Medics. They were extremely helpful in the shop, understanding our requirements and the topper was delivered exactly when they said, with texts beforehand to keep us informed. I would highly recommend them!

After a terrible experience with one of the major mattress suppliers I was extremely pleased to find mattress medics in Aylesbury. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mattress I should have due to my back and hip problems and went out of there way to make sure I had the mattress delivered urgently. All went according to plan and I was kept informed on the delivery by texts all the time. I would highly recommend them and only wish I had discovered them sooner. Very many thanks to the kind lady in the store.

I originally purchased an orthopedic mattress, I have back and hip issues. The mattress to me wasn't supportive enough over the year it seemed to have softened too much. Upon inspection apparently the mattress was still how it should be but the base was wrong. I was given great advice that all the orthopedic specialist hadn't about sleep position for which have been taken up, the amazing staff have still replaced my mattress with no quibble or extra charge to a firmer one. I could not have asked for better service and help and they really do know everything about beds and sleep.
You are better off speaking to these experts before you buy as not every mattress will be suitable but they know what will. Thanks to everyone there.

The mattress I ordered was fantastic—great support and comfort. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I had to call customer service twice for updates. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase

This is not the first time we have used Mattress Medics and we are never disappointed. Good range of mattresses, bed bases and headboards. This is always our first go to shop with very reasonable prices. Always very helpful and great customer service.

Really happy with our mattress. The process of ordering can be overwhelming but Matt patiently worked with me and gave generous info on different types of mattresses. He was very reassuring given that my bed is actually of an awkward size (for several years I was using a 5’ mattress which had a big gap on both sides). Matt checked on different mattresses that would suit my need without having it cutdown to the size I need.

His assurance that “if I’m not happy with the fit he’s happy to refund or replace as my choice is a popular mattress” closed the deal and assured me I’d get what I want. And when they delivered and fitted it- it was the perfect size! Yay! He does know his mattresses.

Delivery was a week and a day and it’s really worth the wait.

I was looking for a bed and a friend of mine recommended mattress medics. They were so helpful very knowledgeable and the service was excellent. The bed was delivered a few days later. I would definitely recommend them.

We had previously bought a double bed base mattress and headboard seven and half years ago from mattress medics. We have been extremely pleased with the support and comfort that the mattress has given us. We decided to purchase a new mattress as the advice is to change your mattress every eight years. Ellie was a wonderful lady that served us she listened to our requirements and was able to expertly guide us with her excellent knowledge as to which mattresses would be suitable for our needs. We tried the different mattresses at the store and were able to find the exact one that we needed there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were informed when the delivery would be and given the option to change it if we were not able to be at home. Matthew delivered the mattress to our home and very kindly refitted the headboard back on to the bed frame for us. He also noted that our floor was slightly uneven and called me to see where the unevenness was and said it could be easily remedied by placing something under the area that needed levelling. Matthew said it was important to ensure that the bed base was level to ensure even wear of the mattress. I was extremely thankful that Matthew had noticed this uneven floor. You are such a wonderful company and I really recommend them really excellent prices. Thank you so very much Ellie and Matthew.

From start to finish it was an enjoyable experience.
Dealing with people who know about the Mattresses they are selling is a bonus. My Mattress had a small mark caused due to a plastic tag. It was changed promptly and a replacement delivered.
Great friendly service, can’t praise this company enough.
