I placed an order last autumn for bulbs and plants. All arrived at the correct times and i was kept well-informed. the bulbs (tulips and alliums) came up and were an amazing display and the geraniums have come back this year and are looking healthy and beautiful - loads of flowers. The eryngiums did not grow back this year and when I contacted them about this I was given a swift refund (as none in stock to replace). Coudn't really ask for more.

I had a problem with it and emailed for advice. Got a very quick, helpful, friendly response. The product came really quickly and is of good quality.

We used Custom Heat to upgrade our central heating and install Photovoltaic panels. They were prompt to respond at all times. There was a delay in the installation of the panels but they kept us up to date with the changing schedule. We were very happy with everyone that came to our house to work on it. Everyone was friendly and well-organised and cleared up well. We were also happy with the quality of the work. There were a couple of subsequent issues and they returned to resolve these to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to others.

Building work is ongoing which means the short stay car park is not great currently. It is poorly lit and the cars are parked on loose hardcore which has spilled onto the walkways and my partner twisted his ankle on it straight away. There are no row or space numbers so impossible to note exactly where you park your car. This became a problem for us when we returned and our car wouldn't start so needed to call breakdown. I was lucky to find a member of staff at a paying machine who very kindly said he could bring a jump pack to start the car. He was very helpful but not sure what I would have done otherwise to let someone know we would be late leaving as no-one answered the phone that you can use if you require assistance and there was no obvious office to go to.

Found what I was looking for at a competitive price and ordered it to be told there was an issue with the website and to try again later. I did this. However I was then charged for and delivered two of the items. After some contact they agreed to collect it free of charge and to reimburse me. Great customer service.

I am very happy with the product I ordered but particularly pleased with good customer service, The phone was answered really quickly and the person was ever so helpful in helping me arrange a return and ordering what it was I actually wanted.

Just want to comment on excellent customer service. I had something delivered which I couldn't unpack myself so it waited for the electrician. When they took it out they found it was broken. This was weeks after delivery but Customers service dealt with my case, collected it promptly and have sent a replacement. Much appreciated.

Delivery was quicker than expected and good communication. Looks good quality but assembly instructions could be clearer. We had some missing glass but they responded really quickly and sorted it straight away. Very pleased with the customer service.

I had 2 delivery slots and it didn't come during either. I still haven't had notification that it has been delivered but found it by my bin this morning soaking wet.

Came on time as ordered. Apparently looked very lovely.

Gig was rescheduled (unsurprisingly) but I couldn't go and re-selling or transfer of tickets was not available.

Flowers were nice apparently but the chocolates were missing and they wouldn't re-deliver those. They did apologise and refund me promptly but that isn't entirely the point.

Since this review they have contacted me to say they will now post the chocolates.
