Horrible experience so far

It was my second time renting car with them. I got sick one day before my flight and I was unable to flight, so I couldn’t pick up the hired car, and as I was in the hospital until 5AM in the same day that I supposed to pick up the car, I wasn’t in a condition to try to cancel/ call them about my booking.
So a couple days later when I was a little bit better I ring to them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m trying to get in touch by email, but the answer it’s always the same, that you have a time to cancel or otherwise you’ll lose your money, so how come I should have canceled it, if I was in the hospital?
What I’m asking it’s not my money back, it’s just a voucher to use in the future.

AVOID at all cost

Avoid at all cost, it’s not a reliable company. Had a booking for a week in the end of the June, and one day before my flight got sick and went to hospital, I couldn’t try to cancel or contact them, so two days later try to contact and get a voucher to use in the future and they don’t do that. I’m completely disappointed with their customer service, I’ll try to avoid to book with them, better of to go by uber and have a piece in mind.

Refund money

I was a customer and when my contract was in the end I call them to cancel it, and I did this before my contract ends, so in the end of my contract I DON’T want stay with them anymore.
So they cancel my broadband and told me they will charge me one month more £52 just for the broadband, and they will send me back the money.
I cancel my contract in March 2022, and they send me my last bill in April 2022 that I was in credit with them. But they never send me my money back, I’ve call them so many times and I never seen my money back, we are already in July and I don’t know if I’ll get what it’s mine back 🤬

Not buying from them anymore

Not buying from them anymore, if the clothes don’t fit or you don’t like it you must pay to return then. Also if you want to return at the store they give you a voucher, this company it’s a completely joke.

An amazing shopping experience

I've bought 1 Ps4 and in a few days later I realize the controller was not working properly, then I talk to the team and they solve the question as soon as they can, and send me another ps4.
For now everything is working perfectly, was my first shop in AO and I'll try to buy all my stuffs with them from now.
