Great Training Provider

Really fantastic training delivered at the University of Reading. Live & Learn were easy to work with and have a great range of 'off the shelf' sessions.

Avoid, pay the extra for the long stay

The most over engineered experience for a car park. Arrived at 4am and parked fine (after being blinded by the car scanner on the way in). You then have to check your car in and give them your key. There was huge queues to do this which delayed us. There were few buses and therefore when the bus did come it was absolutely rammed. Upon return , again huge queue for a rammed bus, to then stand a queue for 20 minutes to be given your own car key back. Oh and they’ve moved it, much further away from the check out desk. Absolutely pointless over engineering of a car park.

Withholding refund and refusing to send final bill

I moved house over 4 months ago and OVO still haven't sent me my final bill or paid me back any of the £360 of credit that I had on my account. Customer services are no help and just constantly keep me on hold. Terrible service, terrible company.

I'm really sorry to hear you're still waiting on a final bill and refund, Carly.

There is an industry timeframe of around 4-6 weeks to expect a final bill after you've either moved out of a property we supply or you've switched suppliers. Then, after you've received this final bill, any outstanding credit will be refunded to you.

If you had an active Direct Debit, you can expect any refund back within 3-5 working days from your final bill or within 10-14 working days if we have to send you a cheque via the post.

If you've been waiting longer than the timeframes given above, please reach out to our OVO Help Centre https://help.ovoenergy.com/ to have one of our agents chase this up for you asap.

Terrible

Product - the windscreen cracked 2 days after fitting. Technician refused to replace

Technician- rude, mocked me and it was overall a horrible experience

Edit - interesting how Autoglass respond to this review quicker that the complaint I put in to them 4 days ago
