Do not purchase an appliance

Do not purchase an appliance.
I have been wanting 2 month's to get my machine repaired even though the fault is a recall.
I'm working regular day shift picking urgent ppe orders so can't get time off and whirlpool can't give me an after work appointment.
This has resulted in me buying a new machine.
So please stay away they just won't help.
